Does anyone have tips on how to get the images to not be so washed out? I've played around with the editing app and had some success, but then you go through a lot of paper with trial and error. I'm happy to have this for memory keeping as I too use a TN/journal. I just got this as a birthday gift from my family and want it to print slightly better resolution in regards to color.
I purchased this HP Sprocket and my photos are printing with some white area at the top, not fully printed on the zink paper like in the video. I did not edit any border on it and have zoomed in quite a bit, but it's still printing with white area. Anyone having same issues and any recommendations if it can be fixed?
The thing with people saying about the photo quality. I just bought it, but from watching reviews a lot give out about the quality of the photos BUT what do you expect from a small 2x3 print of a photo? Your not going to get amazing quality because it’s a tiny printer. You may be able to get a better photo if you edit/alter them but don’t expect top notch quality from a tiny printer 😂 it’s more of a novelty thing cute for memories but if you want top quality go to a print shop or something.
Missy Ramos Sorry for the delay I responding! This paper is a little thicker because of the sticker backing. Once you remove the backing it’s pretty much as thick as regular print-at-home photo paper. Hope this helps!
hey gorgeous thnx for the reply i figured out y i ddnt have the edit thing u see im on the 8.4 version of my phone and the app i have for sprocket is an older version i dont wanna upgrade my phne cuz i dont wanna lose my jailbreak so i had to use the previous version it will only work with my 8.4 but my other 6plus have 9.3 and i do have the edit thingy on it so all is good i just got mine today and boy am i in love.but i did find an app that will allow me to edit and add like i want so either way i can get my pics how i want them thnx so much dee dee
Ιωάννα grassaki Hi there! The Sprocket doesn’t need ink cartridges, you just have to buy the appropriate paper refills. I linked to where you can buy those in the description box under the video. Thanks for watching!
I'm having a similar problem. I think given the paper has the ink in it, I would suspect that older packages of photo paper might not print in the best quality vs newer. Try playing with the edit portion---you can adjust brightness/saturation and hue---I suggest doing the hue and saturation--I find it if you make it too bright, you get funny contrast.
Ashira Rayan Shafeek The photo quality isn’t amazing, especially the color rendering. It’s not an exact match to what you’re seeing on your screen. But I’d say the quality is pretty good considering these are printing from a tiny device off your phone. I think it’s better than a straight Polaroid film camera since it’s relying on images taken with a better digital camera on your phone. And I really appreciate that I’m getting a printed image right away, rather than having to send them off to Costco or the local drugstore.
I bought one of these yesterday but I have taken it back for a refund. Was very disappointed in the quality for the price. I noticed it made people’s faces look too pink! I wouldn’t recommend this product, especially because the film can be quite pricey!
Thanks for the demo❤
It's amazing , that there aren't any video on RUclips that shows how this printer works (mechanics behind it)
Its magic
I love it! I never knew about the Sprocket until now!

Thanks so much for your review. I just bought one and after hearing the reviews about photo quality, I was going to return it. Still thinking.
That is my dream camera. I am saving for that.
Just received mine. Really enjoyed your video.

Is HP replacing the Sprocket or can we still ge supplies?
Where is the most affordable place for paper?
its point;ess showing the i-home pic in focus but the sprocket photo out of focus!!!c
Did you ever try the Fuji film paper in this to see if it works?
3LittleBearsMom Hey there, I haven’t tried it yet, but have been meaning to. When I do, I’ll report back!
Coffee and Lip Gloss that would be great, thanks!
any update on that?
Apparently the kodak zip paper works in the HP sprocket. There was another review about that.
what do you called the photo paper of sprocket printer? thank you
I think it's called zinc paper. 2 3 inches in size. ❤
Hi. Would this work with the same film as the mini instax?
I doubt it because that’s like Polaroid film. Hope that helps.
What's the sizes of the most of photos?
Chris Brandon it’s 2 by 3
Those pocket-sized Spocket HP printers look just AWESOME! Do they ONLY PRINT photos? I really want one!
I am going to look into getting one I love it😼
Is this paper the same as the regular photo thickness paper?

Shit
so do this
I think you have a jump cut in this video. You will notice it when you put your hand up.
It’s even better for throwing at the wall. Don’t buy it’s a waste of money and HP has the absolute worst support.
