- Have you wandered if you can buy vegan food while visiting Poland?
In this video I’m taking you with me to Polish supermarket called Biedronka on search for vegan food in Poland 🇵🇱
There is few more supermarkets in Poland, but Biedronka is the typical, in most towns and Vilages and it means Ladybug in English.
So let’s go for the shopping!

The big green fresh beans in a bag is not soya, it's broad beans (bób), very popular in Poland especially in the summer, when we buy it fresh and boil.

I doubt that I'll ever be a Vegan but, I've been a Vegetarian for over 10 years.
8:00 grains are very healthy especislly: ksza jaglana, kasza gryczana when I had them everyday I lost 25 kg in 3 months and I become stong and I felt young.

Poland is top in vegan lidl and Carrefour its full of vegan food biedronka has less but also nice ☺️☺️

When I saw the opening few minutes, I was confused - it looks exactly like my local Lidl in the UK!
how can biedronka be a polish lidl if there is also a lidl in Poland
