My favorite S&V Pit Hag shenanigan:
Day 1) verify my demon is not Vortox
Night 2) Make myself the Dreamer
If it doesn't work, I know there is a Dreamer. If it does work, I can now learn a good player each night. Now I can 'verify' my evil team as their bluffs, and also know the actual good team to sell that. Also can find the best people for my demon to kill (or not kill for a Fang Gu who doesn't want to jump).
Solid strategy!
If you're going to do that, it's better to make the *other* minion the dreamer. Regardless of which one it is, a pit hag is more useful.
Night 2: Create good demon.
Night 3: Turn self into snakecharmer.
Night 4: Snakecharm good demon.
love the idea, but i suspect the ST would just use the arbitrary kills to off the good demon most of the time... also... that sounds like if it works...you would also switch teams and become good right?^^
Regardless of the outcome, really balanced storytelling that set up both teams for success

What a joy it was to watch this game! Well played :) I always love a good pit-hag- I was a pit-hag in my second game of S&V ever, and it was an absolute hoot! Did some shenanigans by turning the evil twin into the witch, the good twin (oracle) into the evil twin- having the mechanics of those win conditions explained did break my (and about everyone else's) brain a little😅😂but it's nice to just be able to spread chaos, and even better if it pays off!
(we won that game basically bc i pit hagged my outsider neighbour into the fan gu, and my fellow minion had done an amazing job of making himself just suspicious enough. i recognize it was a wild series of coincidences, as i figured out the barber swap play the good team was pulling which confirmed both me and my neighbour as good in town's eyes, but it was so much fun)
