@@joedirt5711 I was given a mature female, and picked up a couple more from the store. After about 3 months the males were breeding age, though the fertilization rate has increased a lot in the last 6 months. I would say egg to sexually mature for males is roughly 6 months. Females a little longer.
@@Northerntide19 thanks for the info. Are they fairy tricky to spawn compared to bronze and pepper Cory's? I picked up a group of 8 the other day and they are all over an inch long by the looks of it. I'm gonna wait a few months or so and see if I have any luck.
Great video as always , and thank you for recommending the sand substrate as IME this fish from the 1st day you will get the message that any course gravel ( eco complete ) is just a bad idea to have a good chance to get your Cory's barbells damaged , with the infection potentially going to be the end of this awesome little water Hummingbird 💙💚
