    Sir, I think it is more rational that;
    Larger the size of organization leads to more conflict as compare to smaller the size of organization.
    Correct me if I am wrong.

      **Collaboration** and **compromise** are two distinct approaches to resolving differences and achieving goals within a group or between individuals. Here are the key differences:
      ### Collaboration
      1. **Objective**: Collaboration aims to find a solution that satisfies all parties involved, often leading to a win-win outcome.
      2. **Process**: Involves open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to achieving a common goal.
      3. **Outcome**: Typically results in innovative solutions that incorporate the best ideas from all participants.
      4. **Attitude**: Participants work together as partners, valuing each other's contributions and perspective
      Compromise
      1. Objective: Compromise aims to find a middle ground where each party gives up something to reach an agreement.
      2. Process: Involves negotiation and trade-offs, where each side concedes certain points to move forward.
      3. Outcome: Results in a solution that may not fully satisfy any party but is acceptable to all.
      4. Attitude: Participants are willing to sacrifice some of their needs or desires for the sake of agreement and progress.
      In essence, collaboration seeks to create the best possible outcome for everyone, while compromise focuses on finding a mutually acceptable resolution by making concessions.
