BREAKING DOWN THE HERMES LAWSUIT - IS 'THE GAME' OVER?

Unless you've been living under an Hermes-shaped rock the past few days, you've probably heard the big news that Hermes has been served with a class action lawsuit - for their alleged 'game playing' tactics to secure one of their iconic handbags.
And as someone who has been quite vocal about Hermes in the past, I thought it would make for an interesting video breaking down the claims, and what this case might mean for the future!

The first thing that comes to mind is stupid people overpaying for an object that is not even that beautiful just to flex. I hope Hermes owns the lawsuit and make the bags even more scares and expensive

Hang on Hermès is not Zara- artisans are making these bags and they’re not just pumping them out. No one is forcing you to buy ‘Birkin bait’ or go on ‘the journey’. For any shop/boutique loyal customers receive priority at some level. This is part of what keeps a business in business! As I’ve asked on other YT posts, what are they trying to achieve here? Telfar drops or reimbursement for silk scarves they’ve purchased? To me this lawsuit is a bit nonsensical and unnecessary.

A lawsuit because you can't get a bag!!!! If you aren't denied the bag based on race, religion, gender, sexual preference, physical or mental ability, do you REALLY have a suit? This brand has a right to secure it's exclusivity. I hope they retire the bag for a few years and tick off the hissy fit throwing cry babies!
