  • Want to stay underwater for longer, extend your breathhold time and improve your freediving abilities?
    In this episode of Master The Hunt you'll learn a number of techniques on how you can improve both your static and dynamic breathhold, extend your bottom time and your dive times and be able to freedive deeper. These techniques will take you from being a beginner freediver, to a more advanced level pretty quickly with some persistent training and practice.
    That's episode 3, by now you should be a very capable diver!     Nice video. One thing that helped me was taking a full breath without my snorkel in and diving without it in. This feels more relaxing, it is safer and you can get a fuller breath. One thing that restricts your ability to breath up is having a weight belt pulled to tight. I took off some weights and bought a weight vest. This made a big difference.

    Thank you for the good content, this is a very unrated hobby. I am just starting out, day 0 - 1 min breath hold, but I will practice daily to improve.
