Great tutorial but i find difficulty loading it even underwater , the rubber is very tough to pull as i don't have a wetsuit and if i manage to load it will cause me great pain in my chest any tips how can i load it without my chest hurting?

Im glad iv seen this. Whilst im not yet decided when i do my first mini or basoc freeduce course, at least now if im snorkelling on holiday & i see someone come up after go down slone & i think they seem odd I can check on them & if not right blow the whistle to a lifeguard &, grab them if they black out. Iv always been afraid of deep water. But once i was snorkelling in Aruba & some Americans retirees that were horrrible to me on the boat were snorkellinv too, the water was so clear that day & they saw that the coral was like vast castles underneath, literally huhdreds of metres going down. They started to panic & I realised that their panicking was very dangerous so I started to coach them not to look down at all & stick with me to short route back to boat & that I was watching them right by them & they would be safe. Funny i could not panic as had to take care of them!!! After that they were so nice to me & I had a loveky time with them had the others.

If supporting with second hand, put second hand on first hand. 1:23 _Target Practice_ After underwater target set up with weights at a distance of ~2m: 1. Breathe up, dive to sea floor. Prop yourself up on the sand/rock. 2. Relax, straighten your arm with speargun in dominant hand, look down barrel. Once relaxed and aligned with target, pull trigger. 3. 1:54 KEEP ARM STRAIGHT! Vital for accuracy. 4. Keep practicing. After practice, extend distance of underwater target to 4-6m. 5. Be sure to have float line + float attached to gun.
