Those who're wondering if they can use coconut oil instead of olive oil, here's I have something for you, coconut oil is highly comedogenic, this means coconut oil can't penetrate the pores and actually can suffocate your skin and will clog your pores because it sits on the top of the skin and it may contribute to acne breakouts in some people and if you have broken skin it will irritate the skin and make the condition worse, thank you❤💜

Wouldn’t the clear container let light In and defeat any protection? I think that it’s best to just buy sunscreen because even if you did use a non clear container, spf eight isn’t nearly high enough

What can replace aloe vera
If we coconut oil instead of olive oil the spf will be decrease or the coconut oil will give same equal as olive oil . If we use coconut oil instead of olive oil this sunscreen will protect from sun . (Coconut oil)

This a good recipe for a moisturizer but you always have to apply a sunscreen with spf of at least 30 and if you're worried about the cost let me tell you, there sre many sunscreens in the market with a cheap price such as SunShade and Neutrogena. I personally use Sunshade and it is really worth it. Sunscreen prevents uv damage to the skin and protects it from skin cancer and melanoma. Be sure avoid a sunscreen with oxybenzone, avobenzone, octinoxate and homosalate as those are hormonally active chemicals which can damage the skin and cause irritation.
Academic and medical research on the utility of sunscreens in Indian skin is still lacking and most Indians don’t even need them except for certain dermatological disorders! Most of us copy-paste Western data - where they have overriding medical needs like preventing skin cancers - or rely on Dr Google! The internet will tell you that there is ultraviolet (UV) light even in fluorescent lights at home. The only people who get sunburns from tube lights or LED lights are patients with genetic photosensitivity disorder, which account for less than 0.1 per cent of patients.
There are a lot of rumours out there!
@@mekhasusanmathew6921 Oh, that's some valuable information but my dermatologist said everyone should apply sunscreen as it can help in keeping the skin young. I just shared my knowledge because i get burned and tanned easily. I don't mean to mislead people.

Yes it is not but it is for emergency times like if you don't have any sunscreen and you have to go out immediately so it can work as a substitute and these ingredients actually contains little amount of spf if not believe me you can google it☺
