@@AngelusNielson it’s not like the $11B company is giving the cards away or selling them for charity or anything, no need to rush to their defense. It’s a sound marketing decision though because suckers are going to gobble this product up and will shit their pants if they are lucky enough to pull a NM Shelkin Brownie (versus buying one for 35 cents with none of the gambler’s high)

If Double masters 2022 collectors had 3% chance of textured per pack and there was a hit about once per case that equals one hit per ~32 packs. 3 collector booster boxes is 36 packs therefore the lost legends cards should be found ~2 per case of 72 packs.

That was the best part of that pull; yeah it's a terrible card, but it was great to see the pack fresh condition of it. Better pulls in the future, can't get worse ;)

They didn't have to do anything. They could have just quietly dumped the packs on the secondary market. Or had a garage sale or something.
