If he ever had friends he was probably the best one out of all them at fighters so he thought he could stream for easy money but once he got himself out there and found out how truly below average he is the complete denial of his actual skills has festered for over a decade. Honestly, it seems like he's just mad he can't zone like how he does with Reiko and Sektor in MK and with Megaman and Cable in MvC. He has to engage and so he loses. Thinking you should be able to win a match with one button is as crazy as thinking that SF6 is a worse fighting game, fundamentals wise, than MK1.
Dale's reasoning for not liking SF6 is that they made it "scrubby" because he can't mindlessly spam the same strong buttons and projectiles in neutral anymore lmfao. "every time I press a button I get counter hit or punished by random shit, I can't throw nothing out in neutral" Basically telling on himself for being ass at footsies lol, if anything this proves the previous games were scrubbier because it allowed someone like LTG to feel like he was good at the game.
SF4 was known for having janky hitboxes, even Jwwong talked about in one of his streams. So spamming neutral buttons like a baboon worked unless you faced very high level players (which Dale almost never did). And let's not forget how boosted zoning was in SF4. Of course Dale enjoyed SF4, zoning with Rose and Rolento surely was very lit for him lol

Honestly, it seems like he's just mad he can't zone like how he does with Reiko and Sektor in MK and with Megaman and Cable in MvC. He has to engage and so he loses. Thinking you should be able to win a match with one button is as crazy as thinking that SF6 is a worse fighting game, fundamentals wise, than MK1.
Dale's reasoning for not liking SF6 is that they made it "scrubby" because he can't mindlessly spam the same strong buttons and projectiles in neutral anymore lmfao.

Basically telling on himself for being ass at footsies lol, if anything this proves the previous games were scrubbier because it allowed someone like LTG to feel like he was good at the game.
SF4 was known for having janky hitboxes, even Jwwong talked about in one of his streams. So spamming neutral buttons like a baboon worked unless you faced very high level players (which Dale almost never did).
And let's not forget how boosted zoning was in SF4.
Of course Dale enjoyed SF4, zoning with Rose and Rolento surely was very lit for him lol
Like the comment above pointed already, the reason why he loves to quote SF4 so much (Even when he never did or does his so loved 1 frame links combos, EVER) it's because the game is one of the scrubbiest games ever made (note that he just quotes SF4 and not 3rd strike, even when he claims to love that game too.)

But that doesnt work when games deviate the formula. And they severely underestimate how talented new younger players are, and the fact that these younger players are willing to adapt on the fly.
