- Best viewed in 60 fps. I'm player 1 and Mark is player 2. Note that this game occasionally stuttered with the worst one being very early in gameplay. Because not all of the voices currently play correctly, I added them in after. Because of this, not everything is perfect.

As a kid I thought this was the coolest game at Chuck E Cheese's, but now I look back and it's just freaking hilarious with all the campy voice acting and the whole romance theme.
Yeah, I thought it was the most deep and well made lore arcade game as a young teen. Lol
The whole concept of the game is about a sour couple fighting against obstacles. Kinda like It Takes Two, although that game was released like a decade later.
Even when my age was in the single digits, I understood this was part of the shtick.
They still have that game a Chuck E. Cheese in Torrance, ca.

I love how almost every zombie or shooting arcade game has a terrifying final boss but this one it's a beautiful butterfly

If I remember, if you fail to fire the slingshot in the butterfly boss, there’s an ending where the helicopter guy grows mushroom on back of his neck. Which means there could be part 3 and could possibly have zombies

The developer must really hates bugs in Thailand but I assure you, we don't have jumping maneater here. Specifically, no venomous spiders. What you need to be afraid of are mosquitoes and snakes. ^_^

There's too many playthroughs posted with that route lol.
Maybe because many people think because you are in a canal, there won’t be trouble in the water, as caves would house many insects in them.

Been playing this game in the arcade more times I can count when it came out, those are good times! Now I realized that perhaps game developers were digimon fans, because I found lots of similarities and references in those bosses.

And final boss was a Giant Butterfly, you know what this means.
What a wild shooter. Looks like a blast! (Spotted this game on someone's tour of Funspot (apparently largest arcade in the world) and realized I had no clue what it was. Makes sense why, since I stopped going to arcades in early 2000s once internet gaming finally took off, and so I missed a lot of what came afterwards.)

Back in 2006 this game was absolutely groundbreaking in arcades. Crazy to think about how much video games have evolved since then in a duration of time that really isn’t much.
To be honest, I was really hoping there was a good ending to this game because me and dad would always get the bad ending lol

They did have The Arcade Machine of JP Lost World thier years ago before that one showed up though. Good times with this nightmare inducing game with those giant spiders and big ass toads/frogs. XD!
