I wish they still made these, very cool shape
Ibanez has really stepped up it's game in the last decade
I just noticed these in an old Ibanez catalog that I had looked at 100's of times. Very cool looking.
Grooveline Bass is a piece of art & Anthony Crawford RULES!!!
By the way you and I met @ my school and talked for a min a couple weeks back. Thanks for taking the time Bubby
"pick up the bass, and everything falls in place"
the best quote ever.....
So gifted.
he wouldnt have been asked by allan to play if allan didnt know he can play...he's slappin in the video to show the versatility of this ibanez grooveline bass....the bass as well as anthony crawford are versatile....
Awesome!
You are GREAT. :)
.....but Anthony, you only play Roscoe bass all through your videos that I've seen.
Why advertise what you don't use?
Michael Idowu $$$$$$$$$$$$
Its a shame they discontinued them
GREAT SOUND ,BADDASS
real nice bro...
Hard to tell what it really sounds like when it's detuned a whole step.Might be a really nice bass. I'm going to look for some other videos.
gonna see him at The Spud w/Virgil and Kiko tomorrow
ohh sweet, allan and virgil donati are both doing a new record?
Hey ibanez! Im starting to save for this one cuz I real like it alot! Do u guys know what amp Anthony was using? It sounds AMAZING with that bass!
They fell to mention that he played with and for Allan Holdsworth
dude can seriously play but why do they always get these guys who sound like they don't have a god damn clue what they're on about? lol
The Allan Holdsworth!!!
Do any Rock 'n' Roll??
Great sounding bass. Wish they made it in a fretless. (hint, hint Ibanez)
Slappa da BAAAsss
The four strings feel uncomfortable to me, I'm a guitar player and anything other than a five string feels uncomfortable in my hand. Four's too small and six is too big. Five string fits perfectly for me.
Do you !
...Um, what? I said the neck of this bass (which is a 4-string) looks tiny compared to a 6-stringer's neck.
Sitting and Playing bass with Crossed leg is considered a non Ergonomics issues.
I don't doubt that, the bass sounds great. I'd love to have any of his basses... and his skillz
4:09 o.o
Great player. But I'm disappointed that such a modern looking instrument has such a dull, thin sound. I kinda expected it to have more snap, sizzle and pop. And Ibanez wants over $2000 for it? I don't think so...
so... each strwaeing.
This is cool but every time I see Anthony he's playing his his Keith Roscoe 6, so I think he's just doing this add for the cash and the exposure.
you think so huh... lol rest assure if he didn't wanna play this bass he wouldn't
