Hey you're the one creating glory here, so who am I to say but, this video right here...on point. I'm super impressed at the professionality! it also doesn't begin to surprise me! Miss you bro!!!
Just stumbled upon your channel - these tips are great. Thank you for sharing! Q: how do you have your chain attached to your dink? We have a fiberglass dinghy and have an eye in the front that our painter goes through but it's not big enough for ... we have been trying to think of good anti-theft ways to keep it safe when we go provision. Just subscribed, and sharing this our socials. Super valuable information, especially in this day and age where everyone is sharing "everything" online ;)
Thank you so much!!! Our chain attaches to an eyelet on the inside of the dink on the back side of the exterior eyelet hardware. We use a D shackle with the pin sheared off flush. the fire hose covers the pin and shackle. We have seen some people will use a lock at that end too because it is easier than making the d ring. If you send a pic of your eyelet to us on our FB page I can probably figure something out for you. :)
I didn’t realize this part of the adventures. Very interesting!!
