This is a hyper emotional homage. So many things pass through mind. We all miss him! this version is very beautiful, only that the acoustic guitar is waaaay too loud, being more protagonist than his voice and overshadowing it. Just rearranging that a bit, and this version would be perfect. Sometimes when we remix something we unconsciously make our part too ptotagonist, we have to be careful with that.
