      Yes!!!! Absolutely... many wanted to add it to their New Years menu 💫🥂🥳 but this indulgent dish should be enjoyed more often. 🥰😘

      Solina has inherently grabbed authentic French cuisine by the neck, ruffled out the frills and fancies and presented a European dish in its perceptible salience minus the superfluous French flair however oozing with Perima authencity. Yet again the focal area of simplicity and big flavour makes this presentation a culinary soiree of individual local flavour and individualism. Solina is bold enough to re-engineer Western cuisine into a palate tingling playground whilst more established chefs continue remaining fain'eant and dour, lacking imagination and inspiration. Excellent presention and yet again, beautifully executed.

      @@Randy7201 thank you so much! It’s an unpretentious dish oozing deep rich flavours. One bite & the crayfish flavours are surprisingly intense. Paired with a crisp salad it was an extravaganza for the palate💫 Thank you for your sincere feedback, it always warms my heart. ❤️ Solina
