Yet again the focal area of simplicity and big flavour makes this presentation a culinary soiree of individual local flavour and individualism. Solina is bold enough to re-engineer Western cuisine into a palate tingling playground whilst more established chefs continue remaining fain'eant and dour, lacking imagination and inspiration. Excellent presention and yet again, beautifully executed.
