This is the type of interviews we need. We really need these type of transparency to know what really is happening in our territories and how our servicemen are conducting our nation's rights. The more we know our aggressors, the more we know how to properly react and support our men especially on the front lines.
A faster way to build up both PN and PCG's capabilities is by acquiring second hand/refurbished ships. It will not free up some tasks from their current inventory of ships but also as a stop gap measure while waiting for new ships being built.
PN has been receiving refurbished ships from US and ROK but they should be actively seeking for other available ships to be retired from foreign navies like Royal Navy's Type 31 frigates and River class batch 1 OPVs, instead of waiting to be handed it to them on a silver platter like what's happening with the ROK Navy's Pohang class corvette.
PCG should also follow suit like what their Vietnamese counterpart when they got the Hamilton class cutters. As it massively upgrade its capability and became the 2nd biggest operator of CG ships after Indonesia.
Talks without actions is nothing but shit.
Increase the number of Navy and Marine personnel to handle and operates new type of equipment presently under construction abroad and have more in the pipe line. As archipelagic nation surrounded by vast body of water, equipment for the navy and air force are most badly needed.

If there's a sign of Phil. Territory or eez of a certain country, everybody aware that this area is not negotiable...ex. like in England once the ship enters in their territory you can see the lighted vouy meaning the vessel is in their sea. No throwing garbage and no anchor without permission.

Who cares if our boats have construction materials! It's our right! Tell china, their laws do not apply in philippine waters! If they persist, or "detain Filipinos without trial", pull out our ambassador to china and arrest their ambassador on charges of accessory to crimes of the CCP against the Filipino people. What the Philippines did in Congo is to send some pilots to replace the Italians and fly their F-86Es to do some air policing mission.
They didn't do any CAS, just some showing the (UN) flag mission.
The Belgian wanted to quit abandon the air base and their F-86s. The Philippine contingent took over the base and protected the refugees escaping the communists. The United Nations asked the Philippines to help. I think it was in 1962.
