You need to unlock bootloader first as shown in video then install twrp recovery with cmd prompt. After install twrp boot into recovery mode and enable mtp and copy paste global rom in phone storage and install it through twrp recovery.. Watch full video and follow steps. Thanks.

In twrp recovery go to mount and then disable MTP and then Enable MTP again and connect with computer and transfer file to phone and install rom.
