When he panned the camera up, it looked pretty much overhead. But the bottom of it didn't look too close. Lucky.

If that thing was that close to me I would be racing away from it in the opposite direction 😂😂😂I would NOT stop to video hahaha this guy is a daredevil or cracra lol Tornadoes can hop and skip around then dart 40miles in one direction. They set on the ground and destroy everything then hop back up in whatever direction. They're completely unpredictable, so this guy did risk his life for this video. Glad he lived to tell the tale 👍

You're technically correct but at some point it touched down, did considerable damage and took the life of one person.
