- WOW! Over 290,000 views! I had no idea this video was going to be so popular! Thanks guys! These are some car mods for NFS3 on PC. You can download them from www.nfscars.net... I take no responsibility for any damage the files may do to your game or your computer. To install them make sure the viv file is called 'car.viv' it has to be called that then go to your NFS3 system folder (Program Files, Electronic Arts, Need For Speed III) when you get here go into 'GameData' then 'CarModel' now make a folder with a name to do with your car like enzo then put the car.viv file inside it. Now start the game and enjoy the car. (If there are any .fps files please look at the readme file or send me a message and ill help you.

One of the games from the hall of fame....it truly revolutionised the world of car gaming...the new one is one out on November 16, 2010...and am impatient for that...

Corvette Monster truck was my fav back then. And one Ford 150 monster truck. Had edited the "weight" of traffic cars to 1.
Man when I was like 6 I remember I downloaded one car that was like a giant red skull on wheels lmao this game is pure childhood nostalgia, so many memories...
You don't need to mod anything in the game for these cars, you can download and ADD the cars, so they are add-ons, not MODS, love this.
How do you add them to the game do you just download the file and then add it to the game files on the computer? I'm trying to figure out how to do that

Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak Version will ALWAYS remind me of Gran Turismo 2
Years ago I found an "Experimental" car someone made or hacked. It was a class C but the hack was let up of the gas and you accelerated uncontrollably to Mach One. The brake was the only real control from crashing but you could toss cops like pies. Wish I could find that car again.

You can get the "Rubbish Truck" when you try to play championship with a friend on 2 computers.. if a friend lose with his car he get that truck. It's very funny because my friend... stood in the tunnel on one track and let the CPU crash into him. So i finally won the race with a less powered car *happy when I think back to memories*

yes, i donwload a car(its a F1 car) and y create a folder in "carmodels". then, i put the "car.viv" in that folder.
i know it is the rigth pleace, because in "carmodels" are all the others cars(the original cars)
i am thinking it can be because y need put the CD game, so all the things are loaded from the cd(the CD doesnt has the car :P)

@SamK670 Well I mean... he kinda needed to watch it in order to get the opinion that the mods aren't good... so that's a pretty horrible argument. It works for lyrics videos, but not mod videos.

@CRA101mmm ,hate it to break it to you ,but i remember the place place where the guy drive with 300 ,with the car who looked stupid :D, that's hot pursuit 3 lol, and the title says it's the third one, soo...you both are wrong, it's not the stakes and the first pursuit, it's the third.

I cant download the files...every time I try to drag them in goes into a Cd burner wizard and then the disc says its unwritable or full...could you help me please??
I can fix the prob where u cant see the speed.
while playing, pause, take HUD ,positions and move the speedometer to somewhere down.

i think his .viv file extension is associated with some cd burning software and hes trying to double click on the files...

I remember downloading it at thepiratebay but I strongly advise you to get the PS2 version, if you can. It really is a much better game than the PC.
