Yo counteriser, i just went through 4 hours of testing barracks and terminal, Terminal is better for mid - late and barracks is WAY BETTER FOR early - mid, Terminal is more of a later one. The tanks come in clutch trust me. Corsair is also EXTREMELY OP and is good for hardmode early game. however you still need troweler or something to defend cloaks. Overall pizza place removal was just too good to be true.
And the dev ran out of ideas really Corsair is basically a better version of the tds cowboy and terminal garage is basically the military base from tds
i honestly do not like the new corsair tower because it is pretty mid on the early levels but on late levels it shouldnt be a bad option for eco if u know how to optimize it
As as a TDS player, I must say, DD COPIED TDS’S MILITARY BASE. For real though, when I saw the airstrikes from terminal garage I immediately just thought of military base. Now, I heard people aren’t happy about pizza place getting removed, & I also heard that it was removed because it was too OP. Okay, balancing any eco tower that also defends is difficult, put it simply, It has to be weaker than other towers to not be too OP, and its main source of cash is almost always going to get siphoned away in multiplayer, assuming it gets its cash via damaging enemies, which is bad considering it was already weaker in DPS. The best solution I can really come up with is dynamic stats, where the stats themselves change based on the amount of players, but I do realize that this is a rather convoluted way of solving a problem.
