I didn't understand how the upper part roll while you apply boundry conditions(rotation) for the lower part .
Hi, rayen, i have applied boundry condition to both the parts, the upper part has its center of rotation at the center of lower part. Hence i have created a constraint at the center of lower part. Please go through the complete video.
