Yes, I've got advice for you, a kitten that young needs to be fed at least evry 2-3 hours & if you're still using cow's milk, STOP, it can make the kitten very sick. You need to use either goat's milk or powdered milk mix that's specifically for kittens, as cats are lactose intolerant.
You also need to always induce the kitten to urinate & defecate either right before or right after feeding him, although before feeding him is always better. And slowly massage his tummy after you've fed him, it helps with his digestion & makes it easier for him to get rid of his body waste
YES, you need to have his right eye checked to make sure that there's not some sort of infection or foreign material in it. A kitten is a big responsibility, so if you're going to raise him properly, then you might not get to do all of the things that you like unless you take him with you.
I've fostered a number of kittens over the years, so if you've got questions then just ask me or one of the other animal rescue channels here on YT, we'll all help out where we can.

Thank you very much for your prompt message and great advice!
Regarding the food, yes we are giving lactose-free cat milk which was adviced from a doctor very beginning.
I haven't uploaded new video yet, but finally my kitten's eye has fully recovered by giving him eye drop which was also advised by the doctor.
I am thinking to bring him to my trip from now on but still I will make some research and find the best solution for me and my husband.
I do appreciate your kind message and advice.
      This helps me a lot.
      Again, thank you very much!
