Robin, you should read as many classic novels as possible. Your vocal tone is excellent for this and it'd be a pleasure to hear your versions of Sherlock Holmes, Lord Of The Rings, Harry Potter, The birds to name but a few. 👌🏻👏🏻👍🏻
Yes I agree also . I have shared this to my face book page. I also shared some other of Robins videos before Halloween which were appreciated by my friends.
Many thanks for this reading. My grandmother instilled in me a great respect for those interred within cemeteries. Prior to The Second World War, she would frequent Highgate cemetery, where she would sit and read. My grandmother's name was Sarah.
@@noreenclark2568 -- I worked as a cemetery groundskeeper. I even dug more than a few graves by hand. It wasn't particularly "creepy." It was hard work, an honour and, at times, a bit sad.
It is said that limestone is a good conductor of electromagnetic and psychic properties. Could be reason for so much activity in this area. But just love these stories and the history. Thank you so much.🙏♥️
I love these stories and documentaries. Having grown up in Cirencester and visited much of the Cotswolds, it's haunting beauty and colourful tapestry of history makes me truly grateful to consider it home. There's nowhere else like it and I wouldn't change it for the world.
I know I am late to the party, but what a find! Exquisite narration, voice and pacing, not to mention my favourite kind of literature -- a good old fashioned spooktale reminiscent of the great MR James. I shall be back for more! SUBBED!
Your reading voice is perfect. You kept me transfixed throughout. If ever you were to do a random reading then would you consider Le Fanu's "Carmilla", the one ghostly tale that left a life long impression on me, I being 12 when I read it 50 years ago. With you voicing his words it would go from macabre to utterly chilling.
There are two awesome vampire short stories you should do....The Room in the Tower and Revolations in Black. This one about Sarah was fantastic....or should I say fangtastic...........
This was wonderful stuff, and I love a good vampire story. That emotionless white face is so effectively creepy, and you are a superb raconteur/narrator.
I'm new to your channel and WHAT HAVE I BEEN MISSING 👀 you're perfect for telling spooky, creepy history stories. I'll definitely be a regular here. 👻💀🏰🪄🧙🧹🐺
I love this so much. Nice haunting stories no blood curdling screams. I've seen some documentaries and they start out with blood curdling screams. This show is so calm even my cat is laying next to me with her head on her paws listening lol.
Excellently read: the story is an old favourite of mine. So much so that I've recommended it to my sister -- though I doubt if she'll be watching it with her two small boys!
Thanks for sharing this scary 😨 story Sir. Sure was freaky enough. But , one question is that, as that child was found on the cement near the church ⛪️, couldn't it be that she would replace the throne of Sarah as she was bitten on the neck ? Just a peculiar question. God bless 😇 you Sir and, keep safe 🙏. More prosperity and success in your undertakings in life. Until then. Good luck to your next adventure and legend.
I'm pleased to say we do! Check out www.youtube.com/@horrific_ghostly - we've only just started it but we're working on lots of new content for it - and going all over the country 👻
I just watched this, and came here looking for this! I was expecting the person that they had dressed as Sarah to rise behind him at the end of the story! 😄
Are you ready for the Cotswold's spookiest tale of Vampires and Werewolves? 🎃
This was fantastic ❤❤❤ More of these please. Make it Halloween every week 🐱👻🎃
@@iamshotty YEESSS! 🖤🖤🖤🖤
No, because it's a story set in Devon by it's author FG Loring. Published 1910 in Pall Mall magazine.
It doesn’t have to be Halloween to tell ghost stories, around the fire pit is a great time
This was truly outstanding!!
You have the most perfect voice for spooky tales 👻 enjoyed it immensely thank you
Marvellous storytelling! This is pure oldschool Hammer Horror 💀
Can you make more of these paranormal videos please. I love them and I think your audience will love them too!!
So soothing with just a hint of horror cheekyness to the voice....perfect
