These Dealer to Dealer videos are the BEST
We will keep ‘em coming!
Definitely.
honestly this is one of the most interesting youtube channels and I like the online shop too... i haven't bought anything yet but i just found this channel.
....Just discovered this hidden gem of a channel. Excellent work!!!
It means a lot. God bless you!
29:20 Drew please invest in a pair of suspenders and a smedium collared belly shirt so you can blend in with the older guys at the show. That would be epic.
are you making fun of us older guys?
Superb video! REALLY love the negotiations, the 'inner circle' of the buddy-dealers. Lots of fun. Bravo for your thinking outside the box on this presentation!!!!!!!!!!!
It means a lot you would watch Jeffrey!
You all have seen some beautiful old rare coins. It’s crazy the history behind these coins and how they have been persevered for soo long and have survived multiple wars and traveled thousands of miles. 🙌🏼👍🏼 these are truly some of the best coins on the market like most of the coins you show and try to offer. Us “normal” every day average joes can’t afford these 100k auction coins so you all bring some nice grades to the table that are affordable to the us other 90% lol thanks again for the great content. Keep up the good work.
You guys are the best. There is so much a person can learn from you. Thank you for all you do.
I appreciate seeing some of the process. One of the great aspects yall bring to your videos.
Cheers fellas
Dig these type of vids-dealer to dealer stuff, comps, etc. 🤘🏻🔥
Just enjoy letting people know what we know and enjoy the hobby!
Have you guys made a video showing your preferred holder-buffing process yet?
Love your videos- nice to follow your journey and see you get more established and fit too.
Hey, Jim here. I talked on the phone to you a few days ago. I bought the 1878 CC dollar. It should be in tomorrow. I'll let you know what I think. Good to see you having fun with your business. Enjoyed the video!
Your business means a lot to us. Thanks for speaking with me on the phone and buying a coin from us!
I'll be back!@@AcoushaCollectibles
Love these videos. Dealer to dealer transactions are fun to watch. Thanks for making them available to us.
What a crazy video bro nice work and alot of fun to watch. Makes me want to start my own business. Learn so much info from you guys. Thank you
The industry/hobby seems to fixate on the most recent 'comp'. That comp most likely represents a couple motivated collectors bidding. Were they bidiots? Did they underbid it? I always wonder when somebody uses comps (I can use them too!) that seem to be waaaaaaaaay overpriced, or substantially underpriced. It just represents the coin price for THAT coin . . . at THAT time . . . between THOSE bidders. How much stock can you put in that as a sole data point?
Loving the coin show negotiations!
It’s a little ridiculous…
Another great video. So nice to “see behind the curtain” re how you do business dealer-to-dealer.
Thank you!
WOWZER! Just found your channel, really enjoyed your content for sure. For a newbie this is the kind of content to learn a lot from! Be safe in your travels! On to your other vids!
Cool video showing what goes on at coin shows. They are very educational.
Hey guys. Just wanted to send my love. Coin collector and seller here in California. Love your channel and advice.
Thanks again for the business guys can’t wait to get the coins !!
Great honest overview of the experience. I dig what you do.
I really enjoy seeing these videos showing the inner dealings and very much appreciate the notes you put on the bottom
Selling my 3 1893 S Morgan’s
All graded 2 are CACs
Please let us know if you need a quote.
Great video. Thanks for sharing👍
Thank you brother
I enjoy watching your videos. I used to do alot of shows when I was a young man like you. There were no slabs or grading services then and the CDN was a weekly, monthly and quarterly newsletter. No cell phones or computers! I really miss those days...alot!
I enjoy your videos. I am just starting to collect graded Morgans, Walking Liberty half dollars and some commemoratives. I am trying to be smarter and better informed on the prices I’m paying as a lot of dealers charge very high prices. The exchanges while negotiating help me to understand how to handle the conversations a little better.
Whats the app you use that shows ebay auctions by coin grade and grading service?
Man that gsa was insane! Love it!
Rodney is awesome. Great attitude and deals. I've seen him in other youtube channels like Pawnbroker Pickers. Btw, Im always on the look out for these coinshow videos. I try and jump on your website immediately right after to buy some coins lol. Keep these coinshow vids coming!
Great to watch ya work.
Excellent coins! I collect 80-S Morgan’s so I paid up for the NGC 64*. Maybe one day I’ll snag one for $125! WOW. Awesome! Hope she makes the trip to San Antonio soon. Thanks for the video.
Great video! Felt like I was your partner. 😂 Taking us right up in there. I love it!! 👍
Didn't know you were that local! Richmond, Indiana is having one on March 30th if you're in the area. It will be my first show. I believe it's the first show in Wayne county in years so hopefully there will be some raw picks.
Awesome video Drew please keep them coming!!
Thanks for showing us the uncut king version of how you look at coins
I have met all types, some who love to deal and some that want full retail for everything. Sometimes just saying yes to an all the money coin and selling it or upgrading it. That coin was all there.
I am trying to collect every moran dollar of every date and mint mark IN mint state condition and graded. def a bucket goal
Great video and Great coins like always . I’m number 978 on the waiting list for cac so maybe in a year or two I will get some of my coins with a green bean 🎉😂
I would've jumped on the hotlips at 120 ish love those ones ❤I think they might be a bit more scarce than what's told
Great vid guys. Out grinding. Super content!
Nice acquisitions! Glad you were able to snag some nice finds.
Good morning!
Just tuning into your channel and learning about the hobby. Curious why you don't use a loupe with an LED?
Yo loving this deals between dealers gets a feel of what’s a good price
How do you buff out the old not so good slabs you buy?
Interesting video nice to see various perspectives.. Any interest in collecting ? Do you ever keep anything back for yourself ,or is this strictly a (24/7) profit driven money making venture? Fine, if it is of course, we all have to pay the bills too. Thanks
We collect a few things that we love. At heart we are collectors.
Thanks for your answer, I appreciate that. Would seem to me a collector could make a better dealer in some ways, as a little heart and affection for numismatics is then part of the equation too. Take care . @@AcoushaCollectibles
How do you buff out the slab?
Drew what do you recommend to buff the holders with?
Drew, you buy all these coins for at or around gray sheet from other dealers at shows. Where do these show dealers buy their coins and how do they make money if they’re selling to you for wholesale?
dealers pay 20% under bid, unless its a rare coin.
Normally they make 10% on their end. With all their overhead and other expenses, they are offering a fair amount most times.
A lot of the dealers we meet make 5%-10% max on their coins.
Yea, but if you are already buying dealer to dealer at or under bid, where are they getting their stock from at 10% under?
@@thecoinopcollector8719 most times from the public out of their shops.
@@AcoushaCollectibles wow 5-10% sure hope you sell a lot of coins!
Is this the same Rodney that M&J pawn buy off of on their RUclips channel at FUN Show ? If so he seems like a great person to deal with!
Yes sir. Rodney is top tier!
Nice 1875cc seated dollar
i wish dealer to dealer was this easy in NC
Love the channel. I recently caught a rare mid-high dime in the wild. Protected her instantly. I'd like to hear your opinion.
Always happy to talk! 832-538-4122
any vids from dayton ?
So do dealers consider it rude if i pull my phone out and look up eBay sold prices for comparable coins?
I think it’s completely normal to check what things have sold for. You should be good.
Love this content
Was this the Ark La Tex Coin show? Did they change the date or will they have another in July? I recently moved to the Bossier City area and I did not see any advertisement for it. I would have definitely been there if I’d known about it.
Next Bossier City show 07/13/24
@@brentford4680Thank you. I’m going to add it to my calendar now.
Will you be coming to Cincinnati in July??
Prayer works
1961 is it a Type I or a Type II Franklin

More vids like this
Why are there anoraks in my feed??
Epic
If i make a coin purchase, it's difficult to part with.
💯
1914 barber half proof ungraded $750 yay or no?
That first coin you bought for $40 to sell for $60. Why bother? $20 before eBay fees, PayPal fees, photos, listing time, paperwork time for your files, packing, mailing, dealing with the bad customers the odd time. How is that worth the spread of $20? I get singles and doubles, but that is only if you walk that across the show floor and flip it. Other than that you are working for $1/hr. Only person making money on that sale are the eBay shareholders. Larger spread items for online sales.
The crack in your window will only get worse. Please fix it so you don't get hurt.
On it, thanks for the concern!
