A quick but very moist and delicious lemon cake.

✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
Zest of a lemon
Juice of one lemon
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
180 grams sugar (1 cup)
200 g butter (10 tbsp)
200 g flour (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
50 grams cornstarch (3 tbsp)
7 grams baking powder (1.5 tsp)
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 35 minutes.
Baking dish 24 cm (9 inches)

80 grams of powdered sugar (4 tbsp)
2 tsp lemon juice

Девочки, если в рецепте указано сливочное масло, то нужность именно масло, хорошее, качественное, ни в коем случае не заменяйте на маргарин, по собственному опыту могу сказать, что на маргарине получается жирная подошва, а на масле вот такая шикарная выпечка, как на видео !

I have just made one of these lemon cakes and smells amazing. I was a bit concerned because you hadn't said slightly melted butter I had to use a mixer to mix it together so it was like yours. Looking forward to the family trying it. I'm from Great Britain
