    Surprised his sleep apnea was not worse. Even though sleep apnea was not his primary concern, cases like these are a great example of how the methods of CCW-MMA can yield a much greater advancement (especially at the osteotomy site) which improve the airways much more effectively compared to most common methods usually involving extractions, LJS, genioplasty, etc. Not to mention his face!

    When doing advancement genioplasty in a class 1 oclussion, can you do labiomental fold grafting to avoid a too deep fold? If yes, what material do you use?
