    Yes please!!! Was just looking at your 2nd video where you spoke about your 75lbs weight loss! I’m doing vegetarian 🌱 and hoping to see how it helps!!

      the gym really makes a difference - going vegetarian only helped me lose a few pounds! It was honestly the gym that truly helped me lose majority of the weight :)

      I removed all my loose skin and I lift heavy! I will do a gym split and routine very soon :)
