Coming from a Muslim, Sisters let’s stop trash talking our religion as it is incompetent to speak on things you have zero knowledge on! والله , Walla or Wallah is an Arabic expression meaning "(I promise) by Allah or (I promise) by God" used to make a promise or express great credibility on an expression. It's an expression used in the conversation to make a person believe that he/she is not lying and telling the truth. For Muslims it is considered a sin to use this phrase and follow it up with a lie. Therefore {WALLAH} is not equal to “I swear on (Anyone’s) grave! Let’s try to not spread lies on Allah’s name inshallah and let’s REPRESENT OUR UMAH EXACTLY HOW THE SUNNAH OF PROPHET Muhammad{ peace & blessings be upon him} TEACHES US To! inshallah🤲🏾 #LETTHESUNNAHGOFORTH❣️

The thing is that a British or English person saying "I swear on my mother's grave" is the same as what you are expressing. The grave doesn't have much to do with it as it is an expression meaning that you are being completely honest and is a solemn and grave promise to that extent. A common variation is "I swear on my life" which is literally "If I'm lying, you have the right to kill me."

If this regrettably becomes a trend, it won't be good for the sister's Arkhirah which will be forever, this world is temporary.

As a practicing Muslim, i find her "humour" to be quite cringe.
May Allah swt, guide us all Ameen.

My god that was cringe... it felt so staged and also felt that she was reading a story to me. Her paste was a bit off. It didnt feel natural I think she needs to work on her performance a bit more she even makes Bob Hope look good even he was scripted!
