I've been to Klaipeda. This 4:26 was the only inteersting thing in the entire city. The Sculpture park cannot hold a candle to Vigeland Park. Show Vigeland Park to your local artists and perhaps in few years...
Comparing a small park, with literally a museum in... Norway? I fail to see the logic here. Any city is interesting if you look at it with an open mind. Don't know what you expected to see in Klaipeda, but clearly you missed it completely.
