I had a 2017 2.0T. It had coolant leak and misfire just like you said so I ended up trading it in. I really wanted to keep the car since the interior and ride quality were so nice.
I own at 2016 3.7 with AWD. I had a small leak on my transmission. I noticed a buildup of the fluid caked underneath my transmission during one of my oil changes. I personally could not tell what the issue was. I took it to the dealership and it was fixed for 500 dollars.
@321verykind even worse. But no the fusion has a 2.7. The tayrus has the 3.7 or 3.5. Also same transmission as the taurus. Fusion uses a different one. All built off the explorer chasis

Yes, its very unfortunate and ford is not taking these issues seriously
I've heard many say the hybrid is actually reliable (not just you) I'm honestly more concerned about the CVT
This is not a Nissan cvt. These ford cvt’s are actually very reliable
@321verykind awesome. Gonna look into it. I was at a car wash only yesterday and one pulled up beside me they look sharp.
Any thoughts on 2010-2012 MKZ.
I like the look of it, but its not the most reliable I’ve heard
What about the transmission on the 3.7?
Transmissions are very reliable, not that many problems on it according to owners

It's garbage 🗑️. Don't ever dee this car on the road anymore.
To each their own
