Looks like a nice dedicated slick carrier. Almost kinda nice that they don’t put placard buckles on the front so you’re not tempted to overload it. Good overview!

There isn't much storage beyond the straps, but you're right, that's ideal for a slick carrier.

for the magazines pouches just use the opposite hand to grab them and it will solve your uncomfortable reach issue

That is certain an option. I prefer to grab my equipment from the same side, some positions make it more difficult to reach across. There are also certain body types that make reaching across pretty much impossible...

They should allow you to modify it tho, no placard buckles , no Lazer cuts anywhere. I mean I get it as minimal as possible but would of been nice to be able to add some stuff to it

I’m sure it was a balancing act, minimalistic or some features with the straps allowing mag storage.

Nice review! I see the cummerbund ends on the back are held on with simple hook loop with no flap to hold it in place; any complaints or issues with that so far? I imagine it should be fine, as it's basically the same design as the Ferro Slickster. Subb'd, great channel

So far I haven't had any issue with it. I regularly wear concealable body armor for work and most if it just uses basic velcro on the back. I tend to leave the back straps in place and only use the front for putting the vest on and off. Since the back doesn't get used very much I find it holds up really well that way.

I just got my Level IV tac carrier from RTS. I'd like to see if my (their) 10"x12" ceramic plates will fit in there...
I'm trying to find a way to get rifle-rated protection under the uniform carriers...

I would have to remeasure mine to get the exact measurements, but based on the fit of the 8x10" back plate that I used I doubt you would be able to fit a full 10x12" plate.

Website says it fits those plates

I just measured and it looks like a tight fit, but would work. And if they're website says it will fit, you should be good to go.

Yes, the Sleek 2.0 is designed to fit all levels of 10x12 Armor, the carrier is made with a stretch Cordura which allows all of our armored plates to fit inside.

Thanks for clarifying the measurements RTS Tactical.
