welp billies producer is finneas they’ve always done music and have always written music together she might have signed to a really big label but she still uses the same stuff she used when she wasnt this big
It’s of course jealousy too, but going along with that is just the fact that someone like you or I could be making genuinely better Music, and we would just get thrown under the radar. Some of these people got set up for life by these labels just for existing and it is frustrating for people who have spent years and years getting where they are
This whole mindset "I only care about artists who struggled coming up" is the mindset that the rock scene has and it's the reason rock is dying and rap is winning. Jumex for example, as you showed, obviously did struggle on the come up and then he got connections by grinding and now he's where he is. It's the same thing, the only difference is one is getting big opportunities and help now, the others didn't/aren't. That shouldn't be frowned on, it should be celebrated. The alternative hip hop scene largely came from the rock/punk/hardcore/metal scene and I hope we don't continue to bring this mindset into the alt hip hop scene because you'll find it harder and harder to get artists anywhere of relevance when we refuse to support up and comers because they're "industry plants" or what we used to call them "sell outs".

To be fair Jumex isn’t really an industry plant because he has been making music for years. His “new music” is the same style as his old music. So jumex is original in terms of his style.
Billie eillish is not an industry plant . She is a truly talented individual and she has a backstory before she was known being into music and all. There are just some artist out here who are good artist BEFORE they built the confidence to make music . This only applys to billie .
Rakim Webster dude if you had a brother with connections and you had an amazing talent wouldnt you at least try? So what if she is an industry plant? Ian Dior aint a plant the reason for his following is because he hangs out with youtubers who basically shoutout his media for follows but he’s really good. Faze banks also shouted and hung out with trippie red lol before he got growing
The problem with industry plants isnt the money they get to production and promotion, a lot of artists get signed at the begning of his career, the problem is the people behind who make creative decisions about the art itself. Art needs to be organic and real in a sentimental way
Billie isn’t a industry plant. She just has very supportive parents. Plus her brother helps her a lot. Not saying those guys don’t put in work but y’all know if you have the equipment and people to help you then you easily can get on billboards. Love the videos bro. Keep it up!
I don’t know why I haven’t had notifications on love this content. 👍🏻
im still that kid that records with a sock mic...i spent many hours as a 13 year old to figure out music production, now im 14, and im getting better each day, y'all, dont give up on ur dreams.
Thank you man. I've needed a channel like this. I feel you are up to par with anything popping in this category
Iann dior is not a plant i hope you know that
Not yet! He's doing all this to get record labels to notice him so he can get signed
@@ateez_stan777 lmao okay you know he had old music he deleted them
Young Iffy Blues he is signed to internet money. The best producers, hand him the best beats, for free. He’s a plant
Jinko he is not yet signed to internet money lol
@@charlesvasquez554 taztaylor said he's not signed to internet money they aren't even a lable you dont know you'r shit
I love getting these older videos recommended to me a year or two later. Brings me back to bedroom patrick haha. It's cool to see how your content has changed, but also stayed the same
Grazy how things changes 😉😂 iann dior is now one of the most popular artists rn
Yo your videos are 🔥 man! Keep it up
“Where’s designer now”
ghost writing for Jake Paul apparently
2:47: thank you for giving all the good SoundCloud rappers who actually worked for what they got/had credit despite the light some try to paint them as 💯
“considered to have loyal fanbases, they aren’t just gunna fall off” *me seeing smokepurpp on the list 😂*
I needed to hear this fr ‼️🔥
iann is from my friends home town in texas call copres christe and dropped out of school to do rap and knew nick mira and starting making music with him
Whot, no... He finished high school
great video man ! like the way you make your videos 💜
Voice of the underground thank you Patrick 👽💚🤘🏿🌙🙏🏿
thanks for giving all this game out for free like that good work man
welp billies producer is finneas they’ve always done music and have always written music together she might have signed to a really big label but she still uses the same stuff she used when she wasnt this big
As an underground artist who has only started recently, this video made me more confident about where I’m at.
I would assume people hate industry plants out of jealousy for the most part.
Nah more like they didn't work hard to get where they are and they just got shit handed to them.
It’s of course jealousy too, but going along with that is just the fact that someone like you or I could be making genuinely better Music, and we would just get thrown under the radar. Some of these people got set up for life by these labels just for existing and it is frustrating for people who have spent years and years getting where they are
You must make music and watch people surpass with no talent
Well, if i have a perfect complete music studio, i will redo all of my music

Another quality vid. So glad I subbed
I like diorr’s music a lot actually, but you hit every nail on the head in this video
I listened to ianndior when Cutthroat came out on SoundCloud
patrick are you reading my mind my friends and i have been quoting that “oh brother” spongebob clip for the past week now before you uploaded this i cackled 😭
nooo i didnt think iann dior is a industry plant :c but yeah it makes sense if u think bout it. i kinda like his music anyway so i dont really care. dope vid
@壊れたbrokenhucky! that doesn't prove anything lol
@壊れたbrokenhucky! bcuz he came out of nowhere
壊れたbrokenhucky! what was his old name?
@@yungplouie lil rock

Good explaining, I understood what you were getting at
Dawg your tripping, Iann Dior is fire af 🔥
I found this channel because I saw Iann Diorr live opening up for some other dude and Ian’s stage presence was INCREDIBLE. I looked him up after the show and found this video.
I’ve looked at Iann Dior’s SoundCloud every single day for 2-3 weeks he’s getting bigger everyday
Industry plant
@@Rocketshoes But he is not a plant, he's been making music before as lil Rock or Olmo, but at one point he rebranded into Iann Dior and deleted his old songs. Also, he only recently got signed, Internet money was producing songs with him before he was signed anywhere.
10:30 *My Name Is PatrickCC And Your Watching Disney Channel* 😂🤣 luv tha vids bro .
Lmao I get so much hate for saying Billie Eilish is an industry plant. Fax
WheresNoldo she’s definitely not
I like your content bro
keep them videos coming
To be fair Jumex isn’t really an industry plant because he has been making music for years. His “new music” is the same style as his old music. So jumex is original in terms of his style.
Taz literally explained everything about Iann, not an industry plant he’s just talented and got found by IM
2:24 I still can’t make that sound
I'm so sensitive about my sock mic, too. You just had to bring it up! 😂👌🏿
Billie eillish is not an industry plant . She is a truly talented individual and she has a backstory before she was known being into music and all. There are just some artist out here who are good artist BEFORE they built the confidence to make music . This only applys to billie .
She used her brother's connection, hes also a musician don't forget that
Rakim Webster dude if you had a brother with connections and you had an amazing talent wouldnt you at least try? So what if she is an industry plant? That doesnt mean she isnt talented they just discovered her talent and shared it with the whole fucking world thank god for that. She is loved for being herself and thats what matters.
You don't know how hard I was laughing after reading your comment.
Respect. That was insightful
Art needs to be organic and real in a sentimental way
I been calling Iann Dior as a plant for like a month now finally someone gets it
I’m here for the Natethemate X Patrick Cc: collar video that needs to happen🔥❤️
IM picked him especially because he makes similiar type of music as Juice WRLD and perfectly fits Nicks and IM beats.
Really interesting perspective and great explanation. Subbed!
Billie isn’t a industry plant. She just has very supportive parents. Plus her brother helps her a lot. If you go to the credits for all of her songs it’s just Billie and her brother finneas. he produces, mixes and edits all of her songs. and they write together. it doesn’t seem like it but they have worked extremely hard. It all payed off
Love youuuu sooo much patt
He did ianndior reeeaaly dirty like jeez he's actually amazing
Salih Abdullah doesn’t mean he ain’t a plant
@@chrisx2009 But he is not a plant, he's been making music before as lil Rock or Olmo, but at one point he rebranded into Iann Dior and deleted his old songs. Also, he only recently got signed, Internet money was producing songs with him before he was signed anywhere.
love this vid ur my inspiration
It's so confusing. I can't keep up with these new kids popping up out of nowhere. No hate I'm just confused. 😂
Patrick you'll be AMAZED at how many talented artists got overshadowed due to industry plants going back decades. So this isn't just a recent thing.
Your definition of an industry plant is kinda off in my opinion. According to your logic Juice WRLD would also be an industry plant.
But he is...
@@OnTrackStudios he's not, an industry plant isn't somebody that gets NOTICED by a label it's someone a label creates. Juice WRLD just got noticed by nick mira and other big connections in the industry and invested in his talent, an industry plant is when a label picks a artist and controls the artists whole image and damn near the songs.
The difference of Jumex with and without the industry was kind of funny
I don't think this aged well
Especially the smokepurp statements
