I just love how after each new generation of 911 people are making content with previous gen saying how that was the last true/ real /drivers oriented Porsche 911 :D
Haha so true, you couldn’t have said it better. You seem to know your Porsche’s so your very welcome to come and join us to do review and we could have all the generation lined starting from a 996 - 992.
I have owned a naturally aspirated Cayman 981 S and Gts for six years. I have last sold a Gts. I have bought a BMW M2 Competition I have had it for four months I have sold it and now I am going to see a 991.1 S Carrera. The sound of an atmospheric and unparalleled sensations.
The best 911 ever made. Last of the naturally aspirated which is a true 911 with modern specs and a sound track like no other with the sports exhaust. Not only that but the rear end still holds true to the old ages of Porsche to a large degree. Once Porsche went to that flat grill rear end and dumped the aspirated engine that era was gone. A true collectors car that will see increases for decades to come .
The best thing about the 991 for me is the mechanical noise from the engine. It is so addictive and so raw & natural that nothing else comes close other than obviously a 991 GTS. For daily driving I think it’s just perfect
I have the 991.1 S in Agate Grey with PDK as well minus the Sport Chrono. Love it and can’t wait to get it out of its winter slumber. Love the sounds of the NA engine and comfortable ride as a daily driver. Thanks for sharing this review.
It’s nice to hear you gush a little bit over the Carrera S considering how much you preferred the GTS over the less spec Carrera S. I guess we’ll call it redemption of the loaded 911s. Thanks man.
Just got my 2013 911 S (991). I just love it it’s a wonderful car .it’s black on black convertible . traded in my 02 996 ,love that car as well but had a lot of problems including IMS
Your commentary in this review seems markedly different from what you say about the Carerra S in your 991.1 GTS vs. Carrera S video. You know that we have access to see all of the videos, yes?
So much BS spoken regarding the best drivers car in the Porsche range, quite often when a dealer is trying to move one on. The fact is the're all great cars. Just pick the one thats right for you and that has full dealer/reputable specialists history, buy the best you can comfortably afford and enjoy. Then you will find your car is the best drivers car 😂

True. In this case, I agree though. Has nothing to do with me having the 991.1 and not the .2 or even the 992, of course 😄
Not true. As 991.1 has NA engine. Trust me I bought 992 in 2019, and now bought 991.1 C2S manual 7spd. It is a better car in every aspect.
It's silly. Same for the 997 and so on.
Different people have different preferences

Thank you for your review. I own a 991.1. Best car I’ve ever owned.
Manual or automatic?

All hail the 991.1!
Great vid and an awesome car!! It’s truly special!! One of Porsche’s greatest hits for sure! 👌🏽

Thanks Sean 🙏, you are spot on, I do love the 991.1 GTS.

Aww that’s great to hear 👌❤️. I am sure it will feel even better after a few months. Sorry to hear about your 996 experience, they can be hit and miss
Tell me your thoughts on the coupe vs. convertible? I'm not sure which is better to drive daily. I love in San Diego.
Try to have no background music next time...
Thank you. We will remove it from next video

"sitting in the back quite comfortably" lol
😂😂
I enjoy the basic Carrera 2014 911 991. Loads of power!
Base is plenty of power for UK roads. Have you had it long?
@@InvictusMotors 4 years, it had 29k miles
Great review and good to see Bash again!
Glad you enjoyed it
991.1 is a beast. And a future classic. For. Shore. But must be a s model
The 991.1 is the best 911 I've ever driven...
So would you choose this over a 997.1 C4s ?
They are very different budget cars but for more mileage I would get this
I’m after a 997 turbo or a 991 S after my 997 S, which would you say would be the better upgrade?
definitely the Turbo
I would recommend the 991 S or Turbo. The 997 is so outdated.
music is too high over voice
Good video but the background music was unnecessary and annoying. Made it hard to understand you at certain times

You are not wrong, they are all great for different reasons, we do love the NA 991. Thanks for sharing your thoughts
991.1 4S best GT ever
I prefer the two wheel drive personally
@@InvictusMotors on GT mode the 4s do it better and with a « large butt » ;) C2s for fun, C4s for the trip in security
First time I've ever heard anyone say the 991 anything is the "last real 911"
993 is the last of the 911 Porsche.
A lot of debate about what is last real one. What do you drive?
The last true Porsche with a lack of low end torque 😂🤣
I’ll take a 991.2 any day of the week!
991.2 just looks more refined as well, both exterior and interior
I prefer the 991
@@jonasxyz8885 Have you lost the rear lights yet? 🤣😂
@@JD_-_ shut up
Their both good but imo i would take the 991.1 because it sounds better. Although the 991.2 looks better and its faster
