My dollar trees are already out of the peanutbutter pumpkins and the pumpkin spice caramels . The store in my town is down to just one isle of Halloween stuff.

We have plastic bags in all the stores in Indiana. They usually rip out by the time you get them in the house. A lot of grocery stores have boxes in their lobbies to recycle them. I keep them and reuse the ones that don’t rip out, like to empty my vacuum canister or anything that might smell in the trash can.
I always used to reuse mine too..we can purchase plastic trash bags still but the stores were banned in using them in I want to say 2020

Plastic bags are banned in Vermont and have been for years. I have that same little tray that you have. Need to bring it out for Halloween. Thanks Shelby.

Hi Shelby.I've always said hot chocolate. In New Hampshire plastic is still used.I went into Mass to try a different DT and everything was paper.I,also,forgot I had to pay sales tax which we don't in NH.Thanks for sharing your fun finds.❤
When we moved to NY from MA I was shocked that they tax clothing here.

We don’t have the paper bags or bring your own. I found me some of those led candles with batteries n timer only got at Pop Shelf. Mine are pack of 3 so I got 2 packs for my windows. I’m excited. Thought I’d get there cuz my luck DT wouldn’t have 😂 or be able to get enough

Here plastic is banned..nost stores 5 cents a paper bag so I always try to bring my reusable ones.
Hi Shelby. Thanks for sharing your haul. Sorry I’ve been away but I’m back…. I did also pick up those containers. So pretty for the Fall. I haven’t seen those candle sticks yet by us. I like the bottom to it. Will be looking for those. The “would you Rather” game was fun, we played on vacation. I do use that Kissable cleanser all the time. It’s a little watery, so be wary when you open it, it pours out. I saw the ping pong balls a while ago by us but didn’t pick up and then regretted it. 🙁. I’m a “hot chocolate” drinker.. lol. Yes, we have to bring our own bags in NJ or purchase them. I don’t know if you already have this type of game for your grand’s Halloween extravaganza… but here’s an idea… The witch hats that are plastic and I guess used a serving or chip trays, can be used for a ring toss game. You put several out in a specific shape, whatever you choose, and have the kids toss a round ring to land around the top part of the hat. You could add little prizes on the bottom, so if they “ring it” they get to pick a prize. Bee well also.

I live in pa we still have plastic bags makes me wonder why they havent gotten rid of them at all the stores. You have been lucky to find those Carmel pumpkins spice candy i only grabbed one bag and went back to a few of the stores and couldn't find them but i did get lucky i found one more bag at a different dollar store that i dont go to all the time, i obviously was looking and there just happened to be one bag thar must of fell out of the box which the box was gone and it was tucked back in on the shelf i said oh this must of been waiting just for me to find lol

Great haul Shelby. I love Kora's hair cut, it really looks like it brings out her personality! I am curious, how did you & Bill become Mimi & Billy to your grans? We have a blended family, it's a theirs & mine which makes them "ours." So the grans call us Mimi & Papa. It was a major decision in our family.🤣
Well I chose mimi..fits my personality lol and Bill chose Billy as that's what his family calls him and our grands are blessed to also have great grandparents so there were already a lot of grandpa's and papa so mimi and Billy just fit our personalities lol and we're easy for babies haha ❤️

I just came to say goodbye for a while. I am leaving RUclips. I have been targeted for the past few months maybe longer and they keep suspending my account. Lots of nice items, I am frustrated that DT is printing the tacky $1.25 logo on the products, I won’t buy them to put in a gift basket, I don’t want to give gifts that look cheap, as I usually put a lot of different items in the basket, a few from DT along with Lindt chocolates, ferro roche, Dove chocolates, and assorted items. Wish they’d switch to stickers if they feel so strongly the price needs to be added to the item.
I'd prefer that too. I've been thinking of ways to cover it with some of the seasonal rub on transfers.
