In my opinion, the closest match to the design of the F91W would be the A700
Theres actually another difference between 158 and 159. 58 is made in china while 59 is made in japan. Pretty huge difference if you ask me

Huge difference? They are exactly the same watch except for the slightly different bracelet and the slightly different text. The case is not metal, same module and same quality .You basically pay extra for Made in Japan on the case back.
