In bridge pose and in inverted legs-up pose you say they enhance blood flow in the upper body and in thyroid. But shouldn't practices be aimed at calming rather than stimulating the thyroid?

Is this okay for people with scoliosis?
madam .my TSH is 9.1 but T3 and T4 are normal renge ..may I start this yoga for this high tsh level?
