Bio: Leonardo Torres was raised Catholic and left the church at age 18 after being threatened to be kicked out for asking questions about the bible concerning his grandfather's death. He identified as an Atheist for 12 years and spent that time actively arguing with street preachers, witnesses and anyone else who brought up religion. At age 30, he had a strong encounter with God that made him drop his Atheist title and he became a free follower of GOD which he calls, "The Great Spirit". Taking God seriously and following Him wherever He leads him, Leonardo started this RUclips Channel reaction to music as a "Non-Christian" musician reviewing Christian music. Through the music and the stories he began to learn more about Christ and considers himself a Student of Christ. Having been lost and now found, this channel is like a lost and found for lost sheep, Leonardo's goal is to create a safe space where God can find those who are yearning for Him.
Leonardo wants to remind followers of Christ to love one another as they were commanded. He is a man on a mission to spread the love of God to everyone that comes to this channel. Whether you come to stay or are just passing by, we pray your soul is touched by The Holy Spirit and that you are changed forever! Did anyone notice that Jesus sent the hot headed deciples out to fish before the Roman's came to detain him ? He knew the sons of thunder would win a contest and be back but he made sure Andrew and Simon were out on that boat 😊 He knew every step before it happened. ❤
I'm Catholic. We don't all pray automatically but from the heart. Jonathan Roumie is a fervant Catholic. I feel sad when people degrade our Catholic faith and background. We all profess Christ. God bless you. I like your interventions.
I believe in only speaking on ones self..we have no idea how others think/pray ...so saying WE Catholics...is thinking and running on self..selfish will. Using I and not WE will go a lot further in making ones point..I believe.
My experience in how Catholics pray. Especially if raised Catholic from birth.. and I used to want to convert to Catholic when I was young. Until I started growing into an adult. And started seeing the hate between religions..I now follow the Bible..old and new.. specifically new testament.. non-denominational!! RELIGIONS WERE MADE BY MAN. AS US THE BIBLE ACCOUNTS..BUT ILL STICK WITH THE BIBLE..AND CLAIM NO RELIGION..WE ARE HERE TO TEACH LOVE TO Those WHO ARE LOST! ONLY GOD CAN FORGIVE OUR SINS THROUGH JESUS. NO HAIL MARYS...NOTHING ELSE. I BELIEVE JESUS US THE WAY

was made by God. Jesus was devoutly religious as were all his followers. Christians are supposed to make a Church community together as Jesus did. Religion is not a do it ourself project. May you be given the joys of finding a nurturing Church❤
@@kristinklein3109 I am right there with you, I’m a recovering Catholic myself. In my early 20’s my husband who was a devout Catholic at the time asked me to register in his parish so we could get married there.
Around that time I started reading the Bible and many things I read seemed to go directly against what Jesus taught. When I went into the “ Monsignors” office, I asked him if I could ask a few questions. He said ask away.
I asked him why does it say don’t pray to any idols make no images and yet, the church is filled with images, I then asked , why do we need to tell a priest our sins when Jesus said we only need to ask, my next question was it says specifically not to call any man Father But God, yet we call priests father….i had many more but didn’t make it that far.
He got up, gave me a book, told me to read it and come back the following week which I did. None of my questions were answered when I told him the following week that..he turned beet red got up and told me I have no faith and to get out of his office.
I haven’t looked back. I now am Christian still but follow what the Bible says. I go to a church that is all Bible based , nothing else. Organized religion for the most part is about power control and money. Look how many died during the crusades…I. Pray that Catholics all over the world read the Bible and take Gods word into their hearts. ❤🕊️🙏🏼
Im so glad to watch this guy do a commentary while watching. I’ve binge watched so much I know them by heart. So it’s interesting to hear and see what he did when he was listening to the heartbeat in the music. Something I’ve missed every episode, till now. Helps me add to my notes. I love this guy’s videos.
God is good all the time 🙏 These series of The Chosen is so heart warming blessings to the whole world... God speed to have these series as a form of salvation to seek & save the lost before the Lord Jesus Christ comes back ... ( I am all so much touched & cried a lot in all the series as I could figure out the good Lord Jesus has walked this world to save us All)

14 years ago on Memorial weekend. Were at the cemetery placing crosses and floweres for our family. For some reason we had an extra and my sister told me to put it on moms grave she'll have a visitor! At 4:40 that afternoon i got the call that my son 31 years old had drown saving two others a father and his son in NC. They were being pulled out to sea and my son gave them his surf board. I was at peace because i knew he was with our father. When i was baptized i gave my sons to him to use as his will needed. My son had been in a very bad car accident the year before and had asked my sister why God had spared him. She told him that God still had something for him to do! He was gone 2 weeks later! Peace and love of God and understanding filled me and Held my heart!

I been praying and forgiveness to the people who has trust pass against me ,I understand the prayer, those man was one who had come in my house and did sleep with my at the time when in marriage ,I seen him a week ago and when up to him and told him I forgive him ,he said it was a big weight of his shoulders. @Leonardo Torres loved the idea of letting Jesus take the temptations call! And -just like you said-, its not avoiding the comfrontation but accepting the fact that, if temptation knocks on our door, is because there is still some resonance in us, in which case is wiser to let someone we love to take care of it.
When my nieces husband was struggling with addictions withdrawing he gave her his phone, since the dealer kept calling him... he wasnt strong enough to erase the number, so she did it for him. She understood it was a big thing that he surrender her the control of the phone while he was rebuilding his strenght.

As far as I know you might consider reading the apocryphal books not as replacing the Bible but as a kind of dictionary that explains about rites and sites of that time because it give bit more insight. Same as Hebrew roots does, it explains how communion is the same as the Hebrew engagement and the story behind it.

I caught all that with salt yes! Listening as you talk….you’re right about, “how can we participate and what parts can we pray for…” Visiting the sick in the hospital, write someone in prison, pay for someone’s food, offer help when you’re in a crowd where no one else raises their hands.

Matthew is walking by faith which is new to him. And this causes him a little anxiety, but at the same time he believes in who Jesus is - the Messiah, without knowing the complete story.
By asking a hard qestion ..it will lead me right back how the temptor got me to sin and how far I went...then I repent...and do what I am to do because He sent...
