Christmas is pagan. you Need to Wake Up. please seek God to open your eyes to see the truth about these things dear friend ❤️🙏 these things are idolatry.
Hear the word which the Lord speaks to you, O house of Israel. Thus says the Lord: “Do not learn the way of the Gentiles; Do not be dismayed at the signs of heaven, For the Gentiles are dismayed at them. For the customs of the peoples are futile; For one cuts a tree from the forest, The work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. They decorate it with silver and gold; They fasten it with nails and hammers So that it will not topple.
      Jeremiah 10:1‭-‬4 NKJV

Nothing has a Manger or anything Christian or Jesus related. To me it's similar thoughts to Halloween. In the sense that I don't celebrate a holiday that is widely obnoxiously marketed to make people spend money, and do things in the name of this or that. But in reality we are going exactly against Roman's 12 do not conform to the patterns of this world. What Does the Bible Say About Christmas?
      The Bible's answer
The Bible does not give the date of Jesus' birth, nor does it say that we should celebrate his birthday. As McClintock and Strong's Cyclopedia states: "The
observance of Christmas is not of divine appointment, nor is it of NT [New Testament] origin."
Instead, an examination of the history of Christmas exposes its roots in pagan religious rites. The Bible shows that we offend God if we try to worship him in a way that he does not approve of.-Exodus 32:5-7.

Christmas has pagan ties and nothing about God is defiled and besides that, it’s not His real birthday. I cannot tell anyone what to do but I know my own convictions about half these holidays. Believe me I used to feel so irritated when people tried to pull me out of my traditions but I just had to accept that what God desires and what we deem to be fit for us are usually separate things.

I look at it like this.. Christmas is about the savior being born.. the scriptures do suggest celebrating it .. when Jesus was born the wise men came and brought presents in celebration.. we praise Jesus in celebration of the Savior... so he might not been born December 25 but that’s when we celebrate it .. or at least Christians do..I loooooooooove Jesus ✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰

Jesus was likely conceived around this time, aka the light of the world, the light who came into the world, around Hanukkah the feast of lights, and He was likely born around the feast of tabernacles, hence He came to tabernacle amongst us. I’m agreeable on Christmas in light of it being an opportunity for those who don’t know Christ to have an opportunity to get a glimpse of Him, but I must say I see so much beauty in seeing Jesus through the biblical feasts and the depth of meaning behind all the appointed times & seasons which all point back to Jesus in the first place. Thanks for shedding light on this Vlad!

Jeremiah 10 seems pretty straightforward to me.
Hear ye the word which the Lord speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:
2 Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.
6 Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O Lord; thou art great, and thy name is great in might.
7 Who would not fear thee, O King of nations? for to thee doth it appertain: forasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto thee.
8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.

December 25th is Nimrod and Tammuz’s birthday. It’s a day dedicated to God’s enemy and God doesn’t want for us to honor Him in the same manner that the pagans honor their gods. Please read Deuteronomy 12:30-32. Thank you for shining the light, Pastor!

Certain cultural celebrations help to bond religious groups and help in spreading the word of God .
It makes God's words joyful and beautiful and the sense of community, kindness , interaction and love is prevalent.
Always finding ways and excuses to mismatch with more serious, hardcore, depressive religious groups is not relevant.
Jesus loves all who love him and it's not because they are Protestant, Catholic or Orthodox 💝💝💝💝
Or that some smile more or less than others!.

In the Catholic tradition we know Christ was born six months after John the Baptist. We celebrate johns feast day on the 24th of June six months before Christmas December 25.
Christ is the light of the world. At his birth the days become longer until the celebration of John the Baptist where the days become shorter. John said:
John 3:30. “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
    Keep the love and peace.

There is only one thing for me when I think about it - it's the day every true believer all around the globe thanks God for His amazing sacrifice of sending His Son to the earth for our salvation!! Since the non believers and other religion and atheists also think of Christmas as Christian celebration, why not use this time to show the love of God in a very special way.. to celebrate just like the multitudes of angels sang to announce the birth of Jesus to the shepherds!! Why not? For Jesus ☺☺❤❤

It's sad because you don't do. Christmas is all about the birth not the date. Do you celebrate easter? Can someone who never born die or be crucified? What date do you worship, Saturday or Sunday? As Sunday swallowed Sabbath so Christmas swallowed paganism on 25th Dec.

Pastor Vlad thank you for sharing the unpopular truth brother. People don’t want to hear the truth - they don’t want to change their traditions. Let’s remember Jesus was hard on the Pharisee’s for putting their traditions over Gods commandments. God says not to celebrate Him and worship Him the way that other people celebrate their gods. It is unacceptable/ an abomination to Him. God is making His truth more known with each passing day and those who study the Word, will become aware, and I thank the Lord that he has made me aware, because I truly want to please Him! I want to worship Him the way He wants to be worshiped. The way He deserves to be worshiped! Blessings to you, Pastor Vlad and your wife Pastor Lana and congrats on the baby. All glory be to God in the Highest 🎉

I think the main point is HOW you celebrate Christmas, if you take this time to celebrate HIS birthday and doing HIS will of helping poor, showing love and mercy and giving gifts to kids that are in need, imagining that you serve the lord through those kids, I think it will be OK to celebrate Christmas that way

There was a very famous prophet named Bob Jones. He used to talk like that until, he said, God told him to stop, because the most people come to Christ during this holiday. In addition, I've heard two testimonies, by two different people that they had heavenly visitations and was shown a place called Christmas Town, yes, in heaven. One of the persons said they were shocked. God is not hung up, as Christians, we have the best reasons to celebrate and to give. So much giving goes on during this holiday. God bless you!❤

So you set aside a single day, December 25th, to NOT worship Jesus Christ because of "pagan" roots thousands of years ago?
Please explain why, im so confused why all the comments are people saying not to celebrate Jesus on this day. Should he not be celebrated every day including xmas? Are you just lazy and want a day off from worshipping our Lord?

Hanukkah is mentioned in John 10 as the Feast of Dedication. Celebrating the rededication of the Temple of God is always good.
Many of our modern Christmas traditions come from Yule as well. Should we worship God in the way He commands? or should we worship God in the way the pagans worship their gods?

We haven’t put up a tree in 20 years? We don’t put up decorations really. We get the kids and grandkids presents but we do it because we love to. But as for celebrating Christ I do that every waking moment! I’m thankful to God that He loves us so much He gave us His Son to die for our sins that we may be forever with Him. That deep of love we can’t understand until I believe we see our Lord!
