Great stories. What do you think the best close range fighting skill is? Boxing or karate or any martial art? Or you think physical strength from weight lifting? Obviously weapons neutralise most of these.
Wrestling/ju-jitsu/judo are best for one on one tuff guy fighting although pretty useless when comes to fighting more than one person then you want boxing… kick fighting arts can be effective although high risk.

I remember Hooper he was at SEND DETENTION CENTRE NR WOKING. Bunny hops at 5-30 am and circuit training. He was a real bully to us 16 yrs old pre borstal boys😂

He was living in Cambridgeshire when passed away . Think terry i knew was originally from devon/ cornwall way . Big unit . But fkin nice guy in his older years . Isthat maybe same fella?

I started doing time when the metal strays was still out but not the cutlery and didn't know that 😕 I just missed out on borstal by a few years thank fxck cos I've got pals that told me about what it was like but they came out fit and healthy and twice the size 😂 Did you ever go to Feltham? That's still a naughty jail but back in my day it was gladiator school the screw's was bastard's and set up fight's and the Asian kid that was murdered by his cellmate the screws set that up. Anyway when I turned 21 and sent to adult prison was a happy day cos YP your just fighting everyday 100%
Yeah Ray I was in Leicester prison it was an allocation prison top security was my 1st time in prison and you had no idea what people were in for there was lifers but you had no idea they were plastic mugs as I can remember i kept my head down and got on with it as you have no choice
Years ago in the early 70 thay used to put your sentences on a card outside your cell so you new who the wankers were thay should go back to those days
