Even though I am from Pakistan I respect my Indian neighbours so much 🇮🇳. Actually my 3 best friends are from India! I am not too sure with the meaning behind the turban but I know someone will comment and tell us :)

-Our first guru, guru nanak dev ji said that all men and women are equal, so every man and woman should have the chance to wear a turban.
-One of our 5 articles of faith, the panj kakkars tells us to keep our hair, and a turban keeps our hair clean and protects it from germs
-One of my favorite definitions is that sikhs wear turbans so that in crowds they will always be noticeable and will never shy away from helping someone in need

I visited a Skih religious service for a school project. Everyone was so nice. I explained the situation to them and they were more than happy to let me sit in on their service. They even had a guy explain everything they were doing.

Inviting me over for some delicious Indian cuisine, making sure I had groceries, checking in on me. I had the pleasure of going to their temple as well. The temple provides free warm meals every Sunday. Everyone is welcome! They also provide daily necessities and warm meals to just about every non profit in the community. You missed the point of this video.
