In this video, I teach Warlocks how to get the Rune of Metamorphosis. This task is a quest chain that can be broken down in to three parts. The first part will send you to Blackfathom Deeps an Shadowfang Keep to loot fragments of soran'ruk. The second step will send you to towers of Ilgalar in Redridge Mountains and Althalaxx in Darkshore to collect the Orb of Des and Bough of Altek. The final step will require you to loot 10 Blood of the Legion from demons in Felfire Hill located in SouthEast Ashenvale. You will collect 10 blood and then use a ritual stone located at the back of Felfire Hill. Watch the video for more info.

Did with 5 man group. The conjuring after collecting 10 blood of demons, is the easiest part. The waves are non-elite 25s. The elite Searing Infernal is easy too….only 25. I had the blood, did not start the conjuring, another lock in the group did. Stood in the circle the whole time, and soul drained the infernal at the end. We all got the completion even though only one lock started the event.

Horde Lock traveling to tower of althalax…….unending breath….swam from Zoram near BFD to river in darkshore…then to the tower…….no deaths or ally. Longer trip, much safer
How should I do a raid and a dungeon at lvl 30?
I mean I've got the first steps, but of course with a group. Nobody wants to run SFK though.
You might have better luck finding groups for Scarelt Monestary. You can begin with the Graveyard (SM GY) around level 32.

You're probably fine at 35.
