Man I never expected for someone to start a channel like this and me find it, guess the algorithm worked this time. I think there is a lot of misconceptions when it comes to the Japanese language learning community. I'm excited to see what content you create!
I passed N2 years ago, lived in Japan for a year, speak Japanese at work almost daily and consume Japanese dramas and variety shows without much trouble. I still feel completely unable to read a book properly though, because I have to look up too many words and get tired too quickly. So I really look forward to your content :)
Wow, your Japanese library looks great! I'm a beginner of learning Japanese, and I'm totally enjoying the process of study, even I'm short on time. Can't wait to see your next videos! ありがとうございます!
I\ve been watching some of your videos and I've only been studying for almost a year. I feel it's such a pressure to learn as much as possible during the shortest amont of time. It's nice to hear from people like you that it's okey to take time and that you'll never will know it all. That it's at lifetime process. Looking forward to watch more of your videos.
Having learned Chinese to an advanced level, and now being at the intermediate highish level with Japanese, its nice to finally have videos from someone who approaches language learning as a lifetime activity. Love the videos, please keep them coming!
I have noticed this too (that there are no resources for intermediate/advanced learners) and i feel it has really slowed down my learning… I am grateful I found this before I start my MA in Japanese in the fall!
It's amazing to see your bookshelf! I have tried once to read as many books as I could from author's name "a" to "wa", but lost the zeal before even finishing "Abe Kobo" when I was in high school. You're doing a lot better than I! I'm sure you can be like a Donald Keene if you want!
Nice meeting you Bunsuke-senpai, I just can't wait for all the content you're going to bedazzle us with! You just seem so full of knowledge plus I love that you just don't focus only in the JLPT and repetition, but rather on the reading, words in context and book recommendations. I'll be rooting for you! Regards from Mexico!
Hi Hayley, it's lovely to meet you. Thanks so much for your comment. It'll take some time for me to create more content as I'm finishing up my dissertation at the moment but hope to devote significantly more time to this next year so stay tuned! I'd love to visit Mexico someday btw :-) thanks again, I really appreciate the support.
what a great channel introduction! The predicament you described sounds like my position exactly. I am excited and intrigued to see your learning methods :) Best of luck with your channel
The YT algorithms sometimes truly are a blessing, thank god I found this channel ! I would love to hear more of your opinions regarding classical Japanese literature. Also, I'm very interested in the everyday life of a (foreign) Japanese literature scholar - What kind of thesis do you write for your University, and what's the process behind it?
I am applying to a PhD in Japanese Literature program. Can you discuss what your experience was like? Any tips and tricks or advice on the matter. Thank you for your content- looking forward to seeing more videos. 💖

Thanks so much, I'm glad the algorithm pushed me your way. Hopefully future content will be equally useful :)

Thank you for making this channel! Looking forward to your next videos
very nice video😊 I totally agree about the lack of material for more advanced learners..
Thanks so much! Yes, you are definitely not the only one...so stay tuned ;)
So glad for founding your channel. The video about learning kanji was so helpful. I'm looking forward to future videos.

YTのアルゴリズムのおかげで、このチャンネルを見つけて良かった!😍
cheers. subscribed. looking forward for quality content on the topic.
thanks, just subscribed to yours as well!
I bought Totoro novel in Japanese. Ready to start reading.
Thanks for your videos. Very precious
Thanks! I appreciate it.
ジョシュアさんのRUclipsから来ました。うわー漱石とか三木清、加藤周一、泉鏡花とか本沢山。読みたい。漱石の私の個人主義、こころ好きです。
私の個人主義いいですよね!!!
I hope you can review about Daikanwa Jiten in it.....
Perhaps I will! It's such an interesting dictionary, somehow very thorough and limited at the same time...
Congratulations on your channel! The content is interesting. Are you getting your Ph.D. in Japanese literature in Holland or Japan?
