Hi, Lisa! I really enjoyed all these great hacks. I hadn't heard about how to sharpen scissors, but will definitely try it. One of my hacks is using shaving cream to clean spots on carpet. I've used this on so many spills, from spaghetti sauce to soda pop. Just put shaving cream, (such as Barbasol) on the carpet and use a wet washcloth to rub it into the carpet fibers. Let it dry, then vacuum. Thanks for sharing all these ideas! Have a fabulous weekend, sweet friend!❤
Hey beautiful lady! What a great hack! I have never heard about shaving cream on stains. I will definitely have to give that one a try. Thank you so much! Have a wonderful weekend sweet friend!💕
Great video! Here's a winter/wet weather hack: you can hang wet mittens or hats on a pant hanger. Just clip one mitt or hat to each side of the hanger, and hang up to dry!
I don't wear earrings, but the button idea gave me a whole new idea, lol. I have sweater that I don't want to sew a permanent button onto. I can use the earring to pin the button on and then swap them out as needed, or for laundering. Great tips. i also loved the toothbrush in the glove idea for traveling. What a space saver so everyone doesn't have to have an individual travel case, and you can write the name on the "finger" so there is no confusion. Great ideas, thanks!
Wow!! You have the best ideas! I love the tip about the names on the glove fingers. The button idea is genius! Thank you for sharing your awesome hacks!💕
My scissors are all dull. I tried using stones but sometimes make them worse. I will be pulling out the foil!! Love the towel bow too! The blue shirt looks great on you. Thanks!! I always enjoy your videos.
Great hacks Lisa. ❤ The towel bow is so cute. And the others are so helpful. I have a long brush to clean my dryer filter. It is to top of dryer. But this sock hack is great for inside the door. Dryer lint is highly flammable, so a good thing to clean it out. You look darling, as always. Tyfs HUGS 🙏
Hey cute lady! I’m so happy you liked the hacks. Isn’t that towel bow adorable?! The lint hack works great too. I appreciate your kind words sweet friend!💕
Lisa enjoyed all your fabulous hacks- one that I’ve been using for some time now is completely wrapping my celery bunch in foil - - the celery lasts for weeks!
Thank you Lisa for all those great tips, they were awesome ideas and those shoe clips are beautiful and so are the shoes! I loved the hack about the clips for the suitcases and the liquids.
Good tips. Knew most of these but sometimes forget to use them.😁 These videos are great as a refresher! Thanks. I have used larger size clip on earrings to attach on my shoes. I have found some in clearance sales that are too gaudy to use in ears, but work well in shoes, secure a scarf or a shawl. I usually prevent any foil or wrap box top opening in the drawer by setting the box upside down. Of course if there are small children in the family, that can cause a big wrap mess on the floor. 😅
I love the idea of the clip on earrings! How clever. That makes total sense to turn the foil box upside, so smart! I appreciate your kind words. Have a wonderful weekend!💕
Hi there pretty momma!❤ I love those shoe clips and the towel hack! 🎀Thank you for the genius tips my friend, and i love the art your lill" Princess made! 🎈😍 I use a small padlock for my suitcase when i travel..i lock the zipper-holes into the lock and i pull a zip tie through the lock,to secure them both to the handle on top.. Locked and secured. I always lightly "stab" my jars through the lid when they refuse to open...🙈😂 LOTS of love! ❤
Hey sweet friend! Aren’t those shoe clips the cutest?! I’m happy you liked the hacks. I love your tip of puncturing the jar lid! I’ve never tried that. Thanks for the tip! You’re amazing!💕
I loved the last hack about the parchment paper lid getting caught on the drawer! Ive been putting my rolls in lid side down, this makes much more sense haha
Hello beautiful lady!! Today's video was awesome!! Such great ideas!! My favorites today were the towel bow. So CUTE!! The dryer lint cleaner. So helpful! I will definitely be using this one. The jar opener... I use the can opener that makes the triangle opening on a can. I put the point of the can opener under the rim of a jar and gently pull the rim away from the jar until the button pops up. Opens right up!! Easy peasy!! Your daughter's craft circles look like planets. So cool!! The parchment paper lid closing. Are you kidding me!?!? I've never noticed that. I had to go check mine out! Yep!! Sure enough there it was!! Wow!! Thank you for sharing these helpful tips. I appreciate you and your awesome videos. Take care and God bless you and yours. ps... loved your outfit today. Blue looks so good on you!!
Hey cutie! I’m so happy you liked the hacks. I have to say, the towel bow is one of my new favorites. I always appreciate your kind words and enthusiasm. You’re the sweetest!💕
Thanks, Lisa; lots of good ideas. I shall certainly use your tip for cleaning the fluff out of my dryer - your idea will save me just poking a cloth in there, hopefully, but not very successfully!
I have a toothbrush that is just for travel, kept in a toiletry bag that also has items I only use for travel. It saves so much time and headaches knowing that I have my favorite products ready to go in travel size or decanted into a travel container.
I have never commented or subscribed but today I am you made me realize if I had used the plastic glove under my gloves the other day helping my landlord shovel snow here in Michigan I would not have had frozen fingers!! Genius I was so miserable!! Thank you for thinking out side the box! I'm 59 you'd think living in Michigan I would know that! 😂😂 I think I'm a southern girl at heart I spent 33 years in VA Beach VA
Oh also .. second comment props to you Lisa for not showing your precious child! And omg I did not know that can hack with can opener I'm 59 years young and have never heard that!! 😅
Hurray!! I’m so happy you subscribed. Those winters up north can be brutal. I’m glad the glove hack helped. I appreciate your kind words. Have a wonderful day!💕
Love those shoe clips so pretty such a clever idea too. The bow out of dish towels can really step up the look in your kitchen, beautiful. Being a sewing enthusiast I never knew that about sharpening scissors. I sharpen my punches for paper crafting by using aluminum foil and cutting the shapes and it works so well, this makes so much sense. I never knew that about a can opener either. TFS!!!
As a critical care nurse, use of automatic soap dispensers are common in hospitals. I never thought to get one for my home. Then one day I saw one in Aldi clearance and thought that might work in my kitchen. I do not like the new Dial dish soap spray bottle dispenser. The mist is so fine that it disperses in the air easily. There are times I have inhaled that mist even. Now I use that Aldi dispenser in my kitchen. I dilute the soap only to half strength, even less. The dispenser is battery operated, motion activated. Now I don't have to lift the Dial spray bottle repeatedly from the counter with wet hands spreading water around when I hand wash delicate dishes. I only hold a moist sponge under the dispenser, get ready foam on it and no more Dial spray cough attacks or wet mess on the counter. I noticed that the soap even lasts longer. And yes, I use rechargeable batteries. The only "problem" is that the baby blue color doesn't match my white and silver kitchen color scheme. I think I must spray paint the baby blue parts to white or silver. Am I wain? 😂
@@LisaBurningham the good is I paid under $15 for it. I have seen now on amazon very similar looking rechargeable dispensers, at $70! The silver color and recharge function are nice, but not worth paying $50 more for soap dispenser! Life is not only about how much money we make, but how smartly we use it. But that seems to be also your motto. Keep doing your videos. I follow only few RUclipsrs, no time to spend hours on line. I am selective. Another one is your friend
Those shoes I have to tell you are cute as can be but they are the worst things for your feet. You’re gonna end up with big fat ugly bunions your feet are going to hurt and I advise you to get wider shoes even though those are cute If you wear them, just wear them for a special occasion just once not every day. Just thought I’d share that with you take it from experience I have the ugliest bunions on my feet that hurt me every day no matter what I do no matter how much I soak him no matter how much advice I take and the videos I watch doesn’t matter. They hurt me every day.

Ball the paper up, run it under water it will smooth out and stay flat in any pan.
Oh, I love that! That totally makes sense. Thank you for the tip!💕

Our aluminum things can go into our recycling bin where we live.
Yes, you can definitely recycle those aluminum pans. Thanks for the reminder!
Regarding the shoe clips, wouldn't the clasp on the inside rub against your feet? I love the idea but I wonder how comfortable it would be?
The clasp hasn’t bothered me. Perhaps if your shoes were tight they would rub.
@@LisaBurningham Good point. Thank you for responding. I love your dupes, they are awesome!
I use the rubber glove hack when I am wearing gardening gloves, no matter how new the gloves are I always get dirt under my nails.

Balloons and latex gloves are problematic for those of us with latex allergies. Alternatives?
My husband is actually allergic to latex as well. He uses Nitrile gloves. You could give those a try!
Wouldn’t cutting the pie plate to make the dustpan sharpen the scissors? It’s also aluminum foil.
Yes! It would definitely sharpen up those scissors!
