Golf club poker. All 4 play, every man for himself. Whoever wins the hole gets to select a club to remove from everyone's bag. So if Declan wins a hole and picks a 7 iron, everyone loses their 7 iron the rest of the round.
OR Everyone wagers a club before the hole, if they win, the keep their club. If they lose the hole, the lose the club they wagered.
