Overと聞いて私が思い出したのは、すごくうれしい時に使う、I'm over the moon.という表現です。あと、Come here. じゃなくて、Come over here. という方がネイティブっぽい気がします。😊

辞書でoverを調べると「残って、余って」と出ますがどんなイメージなのでしょうか。
「越える」イメージでは上記の日本語訳をどうイメージすれば良いですか？自分は「残って」と言うと留まるイメージになっちゃう。
