Valencia seems to have got very expensive in the last few years. They are clearly aiming prices at the foreigners as more and more RUclipsrs promote the place. While I don't have a problem with small bedroom as you are asleep most of the time. They are also cheaper to keep cool. The living spaces are too small. After a few days of bad weather and you staying indoors you realise there isn't enough living space to relax for 5 people.

Did the bee sting Gary while he was driving ? You can use cigarette tobacco to apply to the sting to draw the poison out, you dampen it just enough to help it stick to the skin, hold light pressure on it. A pharmacist told me that was as good as any thing they had, he said use Benadryl if allergic to the sting. Use ice to help reduce the swelling. My Grandma raised bees, sold the honey to stores and customers. She could tame bees but the rest of us had to use smoke to calm them to get the honey. My Mom when she got older had to get a shot at the hospital several times because she became real allergic to them and would swell up real bad at the sting site and have shortness of breathe like almost anaphylactic shock.

I know you need more space now. Keep looking I'm sure you will find something. I enjoyed the bike ride, also you look very good in black leather which is safer in case of an accident or fall. It's always interesting to watch these videos. Especially since I pay close to 1500 euros for renting a studio flat in Berlin (I know, it's probably peanuts for people who live in e.g. California, but salaries are quite different there I suppose). Although I wasn't a huge fan of this house specifically. 🧐

That CR off the kitchen is the ultimate bidet, lol. What was the deal with the 2nd CR having a waste bin & rug? ...considering the shower head :D . You guys nailed it as an Air BnB or vacation place to stay but I'd get clausterphobic (*sp) in some of those rooms, don't really need 5 anyway by myself. Thanks for sharing it, gives us a view that all is not perfect.

The 20,000 that you pay a month for your house is a pandemic price. In today’s market, the house that you rent would bring between 25 and 30,000 a month. In fact it would be a steal at 25,000.
Never use agent wish you showed any backyard any car parking space the rent should be maximum of 15000 pesos but if no parking top price 12500 as noisy on highway trucks going uphill very noisy
It took 3 months for my girlfriend to find a nice apartment and yes people don’t always show up on time or at all….I am moving to Dumaguete next month as I retire and I hope Gary that my girlfriend and I can go to lunch at some point with the two of you.😊 God Bless

It's normal in Philippines for people to be late very unusual to be on time and not showing up common I told an Filipina the other day 6 years in Dumaguete he has never been on time and always has bullshit excuse most are the same and reason no large businesses in Philippines are Filipina owned only ethnic Chinese or Koreans own all business here .All malls airlines food chains try and find one Filipina large business .Takes a lot to get used to the logic here
Philippines is pricing itself out of the expat game. Sorry, not sorry, I'm not paying $500+/m to rent a place with brownouts everytime I turn around; or with dogs and roosters and all hours of the day; or with roads that are of dubious quality.
