Does SD People have access to Production Server whether whatever ABAPer done its reflecting or not to inform to the Business that this is the Solution and to Close the Ticket or Once SD Person takes help from ABAPer then its Completely their responsibility to solve the issue? config changes, TVARVC changes, SM30 maintanance changes will be done by functional consultants and all other technical changes will be done by ABAP team only. Basic dislplay access available to all the funcional and technical consultants. Once ABAP complete their activity, then we can verify it and inform to business. Most of the times in support porject ABAP team won't be exposed to business. Only the functioanl team will have call with business/client and gather/understand the requirement. We are answerable to business on any of the issues.
