idk a not op instant dash cost stam, if beipi can't out swim-speed deino, deino can just braindlessly course beipy until a dash fail, beipi out of stam or beipy on the land in vulnerable position without acces to the water, breaking the can't fight can run rule. if beipi dash cost atmost nothing he can freely go trough a herd of deino katarina style, harasing and putting the can't fight can run into a extreme unimmersive and anoying with one sided interraction. i realy don't see why a small dino very active with a light body-architecture woundn't out-speed a big reptile build like a tank in a very specialise ambush focused anatomy. but it's a game and maybe i overestimate a low stamina-drain dash. ps (a not instant dash is the curent utah right click)
@@nicolasmasingarbe8561 it would be able to outspeed a fully grown deino I suppose, but a young fresh juvie or a sub I reckon could cach up do it because I think crocs are more suited to swimming I reckon because of the tail of theirs, also with update 5 I think they'll be adding a lot more water foliage so itll be easy to hide in one of those.
Nice recap!!! I think beipi will be able to have bursts of high speed to flee from danger, will be able to float like a duck and swim/dive like a penguin as you said. It will be so much fun!!!
I don’t see how beipi could survive the river’s due to its size and the deinos. I love beipi and I’ll probably main it but I’m still confused on how it’s supposed to defend or run from the crocs. Even if it could out swim a croc the rivers will be full of them and it would be hard to dodge an entire pack of deinos since even the little ones could pack a punch.
I dont think it will be too OP. I thought the ptera would be OP and yet its still pretty easy to ambush from the water as a deino or catch off guard on a carcass. I think it'll be the same thing for this dino, especially since they will share the rivers with the deino
Beipi will be faster on land than a deino so it can escape out of the water if they need to. So it doesn't "need" to be faster than a deino in water, but it probably will be.
small agile gameplay, i do think it should be faster than deino on land, but stamina in water should be limited, but give it greater turning and same speed, so once you sucessfully juke a deino you can out run him
Beipie should have superior eyesight underwater due to its large eyes. This will prompt Deino to actually practice ambushing there pray not just using murky water despite doing so barely. Plus superior eye sight Would give it an edge because we expect it to compete with not only Deino but in the future Baryonyx, Suchomimus, Spinosarus, Austroraptor and plenty of other semi aquatic predators.
i kinda imagine a beipi to deino, like a utah to a carno. maybe not faster, but could definitely out maneuver it, and maybe faster on land than a deino, as another method of escape
I think being able to outswim deino would only really work if they add more water to the maps xD. Have any of yall seen loons swim? I know the beibi aint flying, but I can totaly get it being faster than a croc.
Very cool recap, love learning more about this dino! ^^ I'm looking forward to it. Sounds like it will be a really unique one to play!
maybe not outswim deino but it would be cool to see it have a quick dash to the left/right side to evade deinos chasing it
What about faster but less stamina, (or the other way around)

I think it definitely would outswim an adult deino
@@PancakesEnjoyer idk, I think deino is more equipped to swimming with its tail and that, beipi had the massive claws whihc probs slowed it down
dang you put a lot of research and observation into this well done!

Very good recap, I didnt expect much, but that was actually pretty damn good. Hope I see more of that in the future

Beipi could most likely live on shallow water most of the time
@@mrkomodo4951 they removed most of the shallow parts with only a couple small areas
that's my fear too, only time will tell if it's viable or not
You have legs, get out of the water...
they said that beipi speed with faster then deino in water
This will definitely be m6 main, I love the therozinosaurids
Just subscribed!
Great recap!
Thanks for subscribing! :)

116 good on ya Ladd
Cheers bro! :)
Diet i Think frogs fish and tang
it can't be op. it is just a little faster than a duck. my opinion says, that beipi SO COOL. I can't wait for it
Gallimimus won't come anytime soon until update 8+ due to works on other dinosaurs
I know you commented this before the last dev blog but Gali is something they are working on now since they pretty much finished beipi
@@snypermister1107 oh, ok i didn't actually know that thanks.
I could see them not putting the beipi in the deino's diet list, therefore not giving the crocs a reason to hunt them.
As a deino main we tend to eat anything we come across regardless of nutrition value. Food is food
We kill and eat things because we're bored, not because we really need to.
It sounds like the ai keeps calling it The Baby
I have other thoughts
NO😪
Slow dev moment
screw babys bring huge dinos ....
i hate small shity dinos
Sounds like an 8 year old who only knows 5 dinos
don't be a brat
Try having a group of hypsy's gang up on
is this.a game?what platform?!
Its on steam
the game is "the isle"
