Thank you for referring me to this video, I think I've been using too much volume and too much chest. I am so paranoid about my voice and any slight sensation of fatigue I feel gives me such anxiety!! I have many friends who have struggled with vocal injuries and I want to be proactive in taking care of my voice but its hard to differentiate normal fatigue from a long day or maybe having a cold, from problematic fatigue that indicates something is wrong with my technique or habits. I'll have to revisit my old mixing tools from school and I'll check out your videos as well. Our voices are so precious my whole life & happiness depends on it 😭😭
